شركة Parsons Corporation تبحث عن Accounting Assistant (سعودي الجنسية) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، حيث ستتولى مهام محاسبية روتينية تحت إشراف عام.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • استلام المعلومات المحاسبية من مصادر داخلية أو خارجية (مثل: أقسام المالية الأخرى، الموردين، العملاء، وغيرها).
  • مراجعة الفواتير للتأكد من توثيقها، ومطابقتها مع السجلات المحاسبية، والتحقق من صحة الحسابات والمشاريع الفرعية المسجلة.
  • معالجة السجلات المالية وإعداد القيود اليومية والسجلات والميزانيات والتقارير الضريبية وفواتير العملاء، والحفاظ على السجلات المحاسبية القياسية وإدخال البيانات في النظام المحاسبي.
  • إجراء التسويات المالية أو البراهين المحاسبية.
  • الرد على الاستفسارات وإعداد التحليلات القياسية.
  • صيانة قواعد البيانات الحاسوبية لأغراض التتبع والمعلومات.
  • تقديم التوجيه لموظفي الدعم المحاسبي ذوي المستوى الأدنى.
  • أداء مهام أخرى ذات صلة بالمنصب عند الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية.
  • خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنوات في هذا المجال.
  • إتمام مقررات تمهيدية في المحاسبة بنجاح وفهم أساسي لمبادئ المحاسبة والمالية.
  • مواطن سعودي.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • قدرة على التعامل مع الأرقام وإتقان استخدام الحاسوب.
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي.
  • كفاءة عالية ودقة ومسؤولية في العمل.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Accounting Assistant (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role you will get to work under general supervision in completing a broad scope of routine accounting tasks.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Receives accounting information from internal or external sources including: other Finance Department sections, other departments or divisions, other Parsons companies, suppliers, clients, etc.
  • Audits invoices for appropriate support documentation. Matches information and documentation with accounting records; verifies accounts and sub-jobs charged for accuracy and legitimacy.
  • Processes financial records. Prepares journals, registers, ledgers, budgets, tax reports, and client invoices. Maintains standard accounting and financial records. Inputs information into a computerized accounting system. Prepares information for use by other departments, clients, and/or suppliers.
  • Performs financial reconciliations and/or proofs.
  • Answers inquiries and prepares standard analyses.
  • Maintains computerized databases for tracking and informational purposes.
  • Provides guidance to lower-level Accounting support personnel.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • 0-2 years of experience in this field.
  • Satisfactory completion of introductory accounting courses and a basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
  • Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
