هنقرستيشن، جزء من مجموعة Delivery Hero الرائدة عالمياً في مجال التوصيل، تبحث عن Fintech Associate للعمل في الرياض، السعودية. ستدعم تطوير وتنفيذ مبادرات التكنولوجيا المالية عبر التعاون مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية في مجالات الإقراض والبطاقات والمحافظ والحلول المالية الاستراتيجية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تحديد وتقييم واعتماد شركاء التكنولوجيا المالية في مجالات الإقراض والبطاقات والمحافظ والحلول المالية الأخرى.
- إجراء دراسات قياسية للسوق والمنافسين لدعم مبادرات التكنولوجيا المالية الجديدة وقرارات الشراكة.
- إعداد دراسات الجدوى التجارية وتقييمات الشركاء وحزم التوصيات الداخلية.
- إدارة العلاقات المستمرة مع شركاء التكنولوجيا المالية، بما في ذلك تتبع الأداء والتنسيق ومتابعة المشكلات.
- المساهمة في مبادرات التكنولوجيا المالية من خلال: تعريف عرض القيمة للعميل، التحليل التنافسي، والتأهب للإطلاق في السوق.

- Support the identification, assessment, and onboarding of fintech partners across lending, cards, wallets, and other financial solutions and initiatives
- Conduct market and competitor benchmarking to support new fintech initiatives and partnership decisions
- Prepare business cases, partner evaluations, and internal recommendation decks
- Support ongoing relationship management with fintech partners, including performance tracking, coordination, and issue follow-ups.
- Support fintech initiatives by contributing to:
- Customer value proposition definition
- Competitive analysis
- Go to market readiness
- Track and report performance of assigned fintech products using defined metrics (e.g., adoption, utilization, portfolio size, growth rate)
- Identify performance gaps and support the execution of improvement initiatives in collaboration with Product, Technology, and Marketing teams
- Support by monitoring Fintech related developments, licenses and practices relevant to HungerStation’s activities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Assist in maintaining documentation and compliance related reporting as require
- Work closely with internal teams including Product, Technology, Legal, Marketing, Finance and Sales to support fintech initiatives.

- Act as a main POC for partner fintech related initiatives to ensure alignment, follow-ups and timely execution.
- Support preparation of internal updates, presentations for relevant stakeholders.
- Manage day to day coordination activities related to fintech initiatives, including but not limited to partner relationship management, Follow ups, Marketing campaign, Commercials and internal action tracking, and execution support
- Maintain product/initiative tracking for assigned fintech products and partnerships, With mindset focused on learnings, impact and growth
- Track open issues, risks, and dependencies across fintech initiatives
- Ensure timely responses and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth execution of fintech initiatives
- 3-5 years of relevant Fintech experience and Financial Services
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required
