القدية، الشركة السعودية الرائدة في تطوير الوجهات الترفيهية والرياضية والثقافية والحضرية، تبحث عن قيادة متمرسة لتولي منصب المدير الأول لعمليات المدن الذكية وتقنية المعلومات والاتصالات (Senior Director - Smart City & ICT Operations) في الرياض. ستتولى وضع التوجه الاستراتيجي لعمليات تقنية المعلومات في المدينة ضمن بيئة بنية تحتية معقدة، وترجمة طموح المدينة الذكية إلى عمليات تشغيلية موثوقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية عمليات تقنية المعلومات للمدينة لضمان جاهزية البنية التحتية الذكية.
- قيادة عمليات الخدمات في بيئة مدينة ذكية معقدة أو بنية تحتية واسعة النطاق.
- الإشراف على إدارة الحوادث والمشكلات مع تعزيز حوكمة الخدمات.
- صياغة وتطبيق نماذج تشغيلية تدعم عمليات المدينة الذكية بفعالية.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع قيادة المدينة والمطورين والمقاولين ومزودي الخدمات وفرق تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات والعمليات لمواءمة التنفيذ والتسليم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية في علوم الحاسب، نظم المعلومات، الاتصالات، الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال مشابه قابل للتحويل.
- خبرة قيادية واسعة في إدارة عمليات تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات لمدينة ذكية أو مشروع تطوير عقاري كبير أو بيئة بنية تحتية معقدة مماثلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة عمليات الخدمات بما في ذلك إدارة الحوادث والمشكلات وحوكمة الخدمات.
- خبرة عميقة في البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات والاتصالات ومنصات إنترنت الأشياء (IoT) أو التقنيات التشغيلية (OT).
- فهم قوي لنماذج تشغيل المدن الذكية.

Responsibilities
This leadership opportunity is suited to someone who can set the direction for city IT operations in a complex infrastructure setting and help translate smart city ambition into dependable operational delivery. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the city IT operations strategy for smart infrastructure readiness
- Lead service operations across a complex smart city or large-scale infrastructure environment
- Oversee incident and problem management while strengthening service governance
- Shape and apply operating models that support effective smart city operations
- Work closely with city leadership, developers, contractors, utility providers, and ICT and operations teams to align delivery and execution
- Degree in computer science, information systems, telecommunications, electrical engineering, or a similar transferable field
- Extensive leadership experience leading ICT operations for a smart city, large real estate development, or another complex infrastructure environment
- Proven experience leading service operations, including incident and problem management and service governance
- Deep expertise in ICT infrastructure and IoT or OT platforms
- Strong understanding of smart city operations models
- Experience working effectively with city leadership, developers, contractors, utility providers, and ICT and operations teams
