فنّي تكييف وهواء (سعودي فقط) - فندق فيرمونت رملة، الرياض. شركة Fairmont Hotels & Resorts تبحث عن فنيّ متخصص للانضمام إلى فريق الصيانة في منشأة ضيافة فاخرة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • صيانة وتشغيل أجهزة التبريد (Chillers) ومضخات الماء البارد.
  • صيانة وحدات مناولة الهواء (Air Handling Units) وجميع فتحات ومخارج الهواء.
  • معالجة دوائر المياه الباردة (Chilled Water Circuits) وصيانة فتحات التهوية والصمامات وخزانات التمدد.
  • الإشراف على جميع أعمال السباكة والكهرباء الخاصة بغرف التبريد والمكيفات.
  • صيانة مراوح الشفط والاستخلاص وأجهزة التهوية.
  • صيانة وحدات الفان كويل (Fan Coils) في الغرف والمكاتب.
  • صيانة الغرف الباردة والثلاجات وآلات صنع الثلج.
  • حضور الجلسات التوجيهية اليومية (صباحاً ومساءً).
  • استلام أوامر الصيانة اليومية وتنفيذها وتسجيل الأعمال المنفذة وإعادتها في نفس اليوم.
  • تسجيل سجل يومي لجميع الغرف الباردة والمجمدة والإبلاغ عن أي خلل أو قراءة غير طبيعية.
  • تنفيذ أي تعديلات أو تركيبات جديدة يطلبها مشرف الصيانة.
  • طلب ومتابعة المواد أو قطع الغيار العاجلة.
  • تنفيذ أي أعمال أخرى يطلبها المشرف أو مهندس الوردية فوراً.
  • فحص الميني بار في الغرف وفق برنامج الصيانة بالتزامن مع صيانة الغرف.
  • فحص وحدات الفان كويل في غرف الوصول اليومي.
  • المشاركة في تنفيذ خطة الصيانة الوقائية (PMP).
  • التأكد من توفر جميع الأدوات ومعدات الصيانة في جميع الأوقات، وتحمل مسؤولية أي أداة مفقودة.
  • العضو المنتدب في فريق التدخل في حالات الحريق.
  • ارتداء الزي الرسمي الخاص بالفندق يومياً.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • سعودي الجنسية.
  • دبلوم في التكييف والتبريد أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 2-5 سنوات في وظيفة مماثلة داخل فنادق فاخرة أو قطاع الضيافة، مع سجل مثبت في تحقيق مستهدفات المبيعات وإدارة الحسابات الرئيسية (ملاحظة: هذا الشرط من أصل الإعلان).
  • خبرة في صيانة أجهزة التبريد وأنظمة التكييف والغرف الباردة.
  • القدرة على العمل بنظام المناوبات.
  • مهارات قوية في العمل الجماعي والالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة.

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Will be mainly responsible for the following:
  • Chillers.
  • CH. W. Pumps.
  • Air handling units.
  • All air terminals and grills.
  • Chilled w. circuits’ water treatment.
  • All air vents - valves - expansion tanks.
  • All plumbing and electricity of the A/M and chillers room.
  • All exhaust fans, Extractors, and Ventilators.
  • Fan coils (rooms and offices).
  • Cold rooms.
  • Refrigerators.
  • Ice maker machines.
  • Attend the daily briefings (morning & afternoon).
  • Receive the daily maintenance orders, executing all mentioned points, recording all work done, and returning the same day.
  • Recording daily log sheet for all cold/freezer rooms and reporting any sign of defect or abnormal reading.
  • Executing any new modification or installation requested by the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Any urgent materials or spare parts to be requested and followed up on by you.
  • Any other works could be requested by S.V. or the Shift engineer to be implemented immediately.
  • Rooms Mini Bar to be checked according to the maintenance program with the room’s maintenance.
  • Daily arrival rooms fan coil units to be checked.
  • Be part of executing the PMP (Preventive Maintenance Plan).
  • All tools, maintenance equipment are to be always ready on hand, and any missing tool will be your responsibility.
  • A member of the fire intervention team.
  • The hotel uniform is your daily dress.

Qualifications

  • Saudi National.
  • Diploma in HVAC or a related field.
  • Experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of chillers, air conditioning systems, and cold rooms.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts.
  • Strong teamwork skills and commitment to health and safety standards.
