تقدم Chedi Hospitality فرصة عمل للانضمام إلى فريقها كباريستا في The Chedi Hegra في السعودية، حيث ستكون جزءاً من خلق تجربة ضيافة استثنائية عبر إعداد مشروبات قهوة عالية الجودة والتفاعل مع الضيوف في بيئة حيوية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تحضير وتقديم مجموعة متنوعة من مشروبات القهوة والشاي الساخنة والباردة وفقاً للوصفات ومعايير التقديم المعتمدة.
  • تقديم خدمة ضيافة متميزة من خلال استلام الطلبات والإجابة على استفسارات القائمة وتقديم التوصيات.
  • تشغيل آلات الإسبريسو والمطاحن ومعدات القهوة الأخرى بدقة وعناية.
  • الحفاظ على منطقة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة ومعقمة وفقاً لمعايير الصحة والسلامة.
  • إدارة المخزون وإعادة التموين والإبلاغ عن احتياجات المخزون للإدارة بشكل فوري.
  • العمل بشكل تعاوني مع أعضاء الفريق لضمان سير العمليات اليومية بسلاسة وخلق أجواء ترحيبية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة مثبتة كباريستا في فندق أو مقهى أو بيئة قهوة متخصصة.
  • معرفة شاملة بتقنيات تخمير القهوة وتشغيل المعدات.
  • مهارات استثنائية في التعامل مع الآخرين والتواصل وخدمة العملاء.
  • القدرة على الحفاظ على موقف إيجابي في بيئة سريعة الخطى تركز على الضيوف.
  • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالنظافة والصحة.
  • مرونة في العمل بنظام الورديات المختلفة، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • شهادة باريستا أو إكمال دورات تدريبية في القهوة.

Role Overview

As a Barista at The Chedi Hegra, you'll play a key part in creating an exceptional guest experience by crafting high-quality coffee beverages and engaging with customers in our vibrant onsite environment. As part of our team in The Chedi Hegra, you'll thrive in a setting that values artisanal skills, service excellence, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages, following established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service by taking orders, answering menu questions, and providing recommendations.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with precision and care.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory, restock supplies, and communicate stock needs to management promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming atmosphere.

Must have requirements

  • Proven experience as a Barista in a hotel, café, or specialty coffee environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment operation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have requirements

  • Barista certification or completed coffee training courses.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and safety standards.
  • Experience with latte art and specialty coffee preparation.
  • Knowledge of additional languages.
