نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى مدير - تدقيق الامتثال في المشتريات مسؤولية قيادة عمليات تدقيق الامتثال في المشتريات لضمان التزام جميع أنشطة التوريد والشراء بسياسات الشركة والمعايير التنظيمية وأفضل الممارسات. تشمل هذه الوظيفة التخطيط والتنفيذ وإعداد التقارير عن عمليات التدقيق، بالإضافة إلى التعاون مع الجهات المعنية لمعالجة أي مشكلات امتثال يتم تحديدها. يلعب المدير دورًا محوريًا في الحفاظ على معايير عالية لعمليات المشتريات وتخفيف المخاطر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وإجراء عمليات تدقيق شاملة للامتثال في المشتريات عبر مختلف الإدارات والمشاريع
- تحديد فجوات الامتثال والمخاطر ونقاط الضعف في الرقابة، وتقديم توصيات عملية لمعالجتها
- التعاون مع فرق المشتريات والجهات المعنية لضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية في الوقت المناسب
- إعداد تقارير تدقيق مفصلة وعرض النتائج على الإدارة العليا
- مراقبة الاتجاهات في الامتثال للمشتريات واقتراح مبادرات التحسين المستمر
- دعم تطوير وتقديم برامج تدريبية متعلقة بالامتثال في المشتريات والتوعية بالتدقيق
- الاطلاع المستمر على القوانين واللوائح ذات الصلة وأفضل الممارسات في المجال
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال الامتثال في المشتريات أو التدقيق أو المجالات ذات الصلة، ويفضل أن تكون داخل مشاريع أو مؤسسات كبيرة
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو المالية أو المحاسبة أو أي تخصص ذي صلة
- الشهادات المهنية ذات الصلة مثل CIPS أو CIA أو ما يعادلها تعتبر مرغوبة للغاية
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة، والقدرة على العمل بفعالية مع فرق متعددة التخصصات
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (مطلوبة)، وإجادة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية
- الإلمام بالبيئة التنظيمية وممارسات المشتريات في المملكة العربية السعودية يفضل

The Manager - Procurement Compliance Audit at Qiddiya Investment Company is responsible for leading procurement compliance audits to ensure that all sourcing and purchasing activities comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and best practices. This role involves planning, executing, and reporting on audits, as well as collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address any compliance issues identified. The Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of procurement operations and mitigating risks.

- Plan and conduct comprehensive procurement compliance audits across various departments and projects
- Identify compliance gaps, risks, and control weaknesses, and recommend practical solutions
- Collaborate with procurement teams and other stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management
- Monitor trends in procurement compliance and propose continuous improvement initiatives
- Support development and delivery of training programs related to procurement compliance and audit awareness
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- 8+ years of experience in procurement compliance, audit, or related fields, preferably within large projects or organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- Relevant professional certifications such as CIPS, CIA, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's regulatory environment and procurement practices is preferred
