القدية تبحث عن مدير تسليم لمشروع المكتب التجاري (CO135) في الرياض، وهو دور محوري للإشراف على تسليم مشاريع المكاتب المتطورة وضمان تنفيذها وفق أعلى معايير الجودة والجدول الزمني والميزانية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة عملية التسليم الكاملة لمشاريع المكاتب التجارية من التصميم حتى الإنجاز والتسليم.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط تسليم شاملة تتوافق مع أهداف الشركة وتوقعات أصحاب المصلحة.
- التنسيق مع فرق متعددة التخصصات تشمل الهندسة المعمارية والهندسة والمشتريات والإنشاءات لضمان تنفيذ سلس.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع المقاولين والاستشاريين والجهات التنظيمية وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع والتحكم في المخاطر وحل المشكلات بشكل فوري للحفاظ على الجدول الزمني والميزانية.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع اللوائح ومعايير الجودة ومتطلبات السلامة.
- تقديم تقارير وتحديثات منتظمة للإدارة العليا حول حالة المشروع والمخاطر والفرص.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الإنشاءات أو الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة المعمارية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة في تسليم المشاريع ضمن قطاع المكاتب التجارية أو مشاريع التطوير العقاري واسعة النطاق.
- سجل حافل في إدارة مشاريع إنشائية تجارية معقدة حتى إنجازها بنجاح.
- مهارات قيادية قوية وإدارة فرق مع القدرة على التعاون عبر فرق متنوعة.
- معرفة متعمقة بمنهجيات الإنشاء وأدوات إدارة المشاريع والأطر التنظيمية.

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Delivery Director for the Commercial Office project, a critical role responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our cutting-edge office developments. This role requires a hands-on leader who will drive project execution in alignment with quality, schedule, and budget objectives, ensuring the creation of world-class commercial office spaces.

- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery process of commercial office projects from design through to completion and handover
- Develop and implement comprehensive project delivery plans that align with corporate objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams including architecture, engineering, procurement, and construction to ensure seamless project execution
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, regulatory agencies, and other external stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, control risks, and resolve issues promptly to maintain project schedule and budget
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding project status, risks, and opportunities
- Promote innovative and sustainable practices throughout the project lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- At least 12 years of experience in project delivery within the commercial office sector or large-scale property developments
- Proven track record managing complex commercial construction projects to successful completion
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
