يدير مدير استراتيجية التعليم التوجه الاستراتيجي لمحفظة التعليم في القدية بالرياض، مع التركيز على تحليل السوق والتخطيط الاستراتيجي وإشراك أصحاب المصلحة لدعم تطوير الأصول التعليمية وفق رؤية القدية واحتياجات السوق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء تحليل سوق شامل لتحديد الاتجاهات والفرص والفجوات في قطاع التعليم (بما في ذلك استطلاع السوق والمقارنة المعيارية).
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط استراتيجية لتوسيع وتحسين محفظة أصول التعليم في القدية بما يتماشى مع أهداف العمل العامة.
- قيادة تقييمات الجدوى وتحليل الطلب في السوق والنمذجة المبنية على البيانات لدعم اتخاذ القرارات.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين (بما في ذلك فرق التطوير العقاري) لضمان التوافق في تخطيط وتنفيذ أصول التعليم.
- إدارة العلاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين مثل وزارة التعليم و MISA و RCRC وغيرها من الجهات ذات الصلة.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع وزارة التعليم لدعم تطوير عروض المدارس العامة داخل القدية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في التعليم أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في استراتيجية التعليم أو إدارة البرامج أو الاستشارات الإدارية.
- خبرة مثبتة في بيئة الاستشارات الإدارية (مطلوبة).

The Manager - Education Strategy will be responsible for shaping and driving the strategic direction of Qiddiya's education portfolio. The role focuses on market analysis, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and supporting the development and optimization of education assets in alignment with Qiddiya's vision and market needs

- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps within the education sector (including market sounding and benchmarking).
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and optimize Qiddiya's education asset portfolio in line with overall business objectives.
- Lead feasibility assessments, market demand analysis, and data-driven modelling to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including real estate and development teams, to ensure alignment on education asset planning and execution.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as the Ministry of Education (MoE), MISA, RCRC, and other relevant entities.
- Work closely with the Ministry of Education to support the development of public school offerings within Qiddiya.
- Support operator selection processes through market research, evaluation, and internal due diligence.
- Develop and launch Request for Proposals (RFPs) in coordination with relevant stakeholders to attract and select suitable operators
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in education strategy, program management, or management consulting.
- Proven experience within a management consulting environment is required
