AtkinsRéalis تبحث عن مهندس ضمان ومراقبة جودة (QA/QC Engineer) في الرياض، وهو منصب رفيع المستوى مسؤول عن الإشراف على الامتثال التعاقدي، والتدقيق، والتفتيش، وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير الدولية في مشاريع هندسية معقدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • فهم أساسيات عناصر طلب تقديم العروض (RFP) وعقود دعوة المناقصة (IFB)، بالإضافة إلى مبادئ وممارسات ومعايير وإجراءات ضمان الجودة.
  • التواصل بوضوح واختصار شفويًا وكتابيًا، وإعداد تقارير ومراسلات ووثائق فنية واضحة، وإنتاج تقارير الجودة المتعلقة بأنشطة العمل والتدقيق.
  • التحقق من إنجاز العمل وجودته، وتسجيل النتائج، والحفاظ على سجلات وملفات ووثائق دقيقة بما في ذلك الصور.
  • مراقبة جوانب ضمان الجودة لأداء العقد في أنشطة التصميم والتصنيع والتركيب.

  • مراجعة المستندات وضمان الامتثال التعاقدي واستخدام الطرق السليمة والتوافق مع الأنظمة الأخرى.
  • إجراء وتوثيق عمليات التفتيش (مثل الإفراج عن الشحن (RFS)، والتحقق من التركيب (IV)، والفحص الأولي/تكوين القطعة الأولى (FAI/FACI)).
  • حضور والمشاركة في اجتماعات المشاريع والبقاء على اطلاع بمتطلبات الجودة والمشاكل/المخاوف والجدولة.
  • قيادة وتوثيق عمليات التدقيق والمسح لنظام الجودة للمقاول/المورد، والموافقة على خطط العمل اللازمة والتحقق من تنفيذها لتصحيح/تحسين ومنع نقص الجودة.
  • العمل بشكل مستقل في غياب الإشراف، ومعرفة مبادئ كتابة الأعمال وإعداد التقارير الأساسية، والقدرة على كتابة الجمل المنظمة واستخدام علامات الترقيم والقواعد النحوية بشكل صحيح.
  • فهم واتباع التعليمات الشفهية والكتابية، والمساعدة في تطوير محتوى تدريبي خاص بضمان الجودة.
  • الإلمام بممارسات وإجراءات العمل الآمنة، وإنشاء والحفاظ على علاقات عمل فعالة مع الآخرين.
  • إتقان استخدام معدات المكاتب الحالية بما في ذلك آلات التصوير وأجهزة الكمبيوتر وتطبيقات معالجة النصوص وجداول البيانات، وأداء مهام أخرى يكلف بها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 12 إلى 15 عامًا في أداء أعمال ضمان الجودة على مستوى متقدم، مع مهام تشمل تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة (TQM)، وتصميم التجارب (DOE)، ونظام تنظيم الجودة الآلي عبر التحكم الإحصائي في العمليات (SPC).
  • يفضل خبرة في التحكم الآلي في القطارات، واتصالات النقل، وأنظمة مركبات النقل، والمصاعد والسلالم الكهربائية، وتحصيل الرسوم، و/أو إدارة عقود صيانة الحافلات.
  • درجة بكالوريوس علوم في الهندسة المدنية.
  • ثلاث (3) سنوات (بدوام كامل مكافئ) من الخبرة الموثقة في مجال هندسة الجودة، ويفضل خبرة في أنظمة/معدات السكك الحديدية.

Overview

This is a senior-level quality assurance and quality control position responsible for overseeing contract compliance, auditing, inspections, and ensuring adherence to international standards across complex engineering projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership in quality systems, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

Your role

  • Understands the basic of elements of Request for Proposal (RFP) and Invitation for Bid (IFB) contracts as well as principles, practices, standards, and procedures of quality assurance.
  • Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Prepares clear and concise reports, correspondence, and technical documents. Produces quality reports associated with work activities as well as audits. Verifies completion and quality of work, records findings, maintains and produces accurate logs, files and other documentation including photos.
  • Monitors quality assurance aspects of contract performance in design, manufacturing, and installation activities.
  • Monitors and evaluates quality assurance elements of assigned projects. Evaluates contractor/supplier compliance with contractual specification requirements.
  • Evaluates effectiveness of contractor's quality assurance program plan and recommends improvements.
  • Researches and recommends acceptance of submitted materials and equipment.
  • Reads and interprets plans, drawings, specifications, standards, and procedures.
  • Reviews documents, ensures contract compliance, the use of proper methods, and compatibility with other systems.
  • Conducts and documents inspections. (i.e., Release for Shipment (RFS), Installation Verification (IV), and First Article/First Article Configuration (FAI/ FACI)).
  • Attends and participates in projects meetings and stays abreast of quality requirements, issues/concerns, and scheduling.
  • Leads and documents audits and surveys of contractor/supplier quality system. Approves and verifies implementation of necessary action plans to correct/improve and prevent quality deficiencies.
  • Works independently in the absence of supervision. Knows principles of business writing and basic report preparation. Able to write properly constructed sentences, use punctuation, and correct grammar effectively.
  • Understands and follows oral and written instructions.
  • Assists in developing special quality assurance training content.
  • Familiar with safe work practices and procedures.
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with others.
  • Proficient on using current office equipment including copiers and computers and supporting word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Performs quality system audits and implements necessary action plans to correct or improve quality deficiencies.
  • Produces quality reports associated with work activities. Verifies completion and evaluates quality of work. Records findings. Produces and maintains accurate logs. Recommends corrective and preventive action.
  • Facilitates quality awareness with internal customers by providing information and education of methods for identifying and improving quality.

Education / Experience / Certification

  • A minimum of 12 to 15 years' experience performing Quality Assurance work at an advanced level, tasked with roles and responsibilities including but not limited to TQM (Total Quality Management) implementation, DOE (Design of Experiments), and automatic quality regulating system through SPC (Statistical Processing Control).
  • Experience preferred in Automatic Train Control, Transit Communications, Transit Vehicle Systems, Elevator and Escalators, Fare Collection, and/or Bus Maintenance contract management.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Eng
  • Three (3) years of (full-time equivalent) verifiable experience in the field of Quality Engineering. Experience with rail transit system/subsystem equipment is preferred.
