نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • المفتش مسؤول عن مراقبة أنظمة إدارة المركبات الآلية (AVM) لضمان دقة تتبع المركبات، والأداء التشغيلي، والتكامل مع منصات النقل الذكية (ITS).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • فحص أنظمة AVM للتحقق من دقة التتبع الفوري، والالتزام بالمسارات، وأداء النظام.
  • مراقبة امتثال المقاول لصيانة AVM، ودقة البيانات، ومؤشرات الأداء التشغيلية.
  • التحقق من التكامل بين AVM وأنظمة RTPI ومراكز التخطيط والتحكم.
  • تحديد التناقضات في البيانات، وأعطال الاتصالات، وأخطاء النظام التي تؤثر على جودة الخدمة.
  • التنسيق مع فرق العمليات وأنظمة النقل الذكية (ITS) لضمان الإجراءات التصحيحية وتحسينات النظام.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أنظمة AVM أو النقل الذكي (ITS) أو مراقبة العمليات النقلية.
  • فهم قوي لتتبع GPS، وإدارة الأساطيل، وتكامل أنظمة النقل الذكية.
  • خبرة في عمليات التفتيش على الأنظمة، والتحقق من البيانات، ومراقبة الأداء.
  • الإلمام بعمليات مركز التحكم التشغيلي (OCC) ومركز التحكم المروري (TCC) وبيئات التحكم الفوري (مفضل).

Overview

The AVM Inspector is responsible for monitoring Automatic Vehicle Management (AVM) systems ensuring accuracy of vehicle tracking, operational performance and integration with ITS platforms.

Your role

  • Inspect AVM systems to verify real-time tracking accuracy, route adherence and system performance.
  • Monitor contractor compliance with AVM maintenance, data accuracy and operational KPIs.
  • Validate integration between AVM, RTPI, planning and control center systems.
  • Identify data discrepancies, communication failures and system faults affecting service delivery.
  • Coordinate with operations and ITS teams to ensure corrective actions and system improvements.

About You

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in AVM systems, ITS or transport operations monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of GPS tracking, fleet management and ITS integration.
  • Experience in system inspections, data validation and performance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with OCC/TCC operations and real-time control environments preferred.
