شركة AtkinsRéalis تعلن عن وظيفة مفتش أنظمة تحصيل الرسوم الآلي (AFC) في الرياض، حيث سيتولى مراقبة أداء وصيانة أنظمة التحصيل وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التعاقدية والتشغيلية وحماية الإيرادات.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

المفتش مسؤول عن مراقبة والتحقق من أداء وحالة وصيانة أنظمة تحصيل الرسوم الآلي (AFC) عبر الشبكة، وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التعاقدية والتشغيلية وحماية الإيرادات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء عمليات تفتيش لأنظمة AFC بما في ذلك أجهزة التحقق والبوابات وآلات بيع التذاكر والواجهات الخلفية للتحقق من الأداء التشغيلي والتوفر.
  • مراقبة أنشطة الصيانة التي يقوم بها المقاول وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.
  • التحقق من دقة أنظمة تحصيل الرسوم وتحديد الأعطال التي تؤثر على سلامة الإيرادات وتجربة الركاب.
  • تسجيل العيوب وعدم المطابقة وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية في الوقت المناسب من قبل المقاول.
  • التنسيق مع فرق AFC والاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالنظام والتكامل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أنظمة AFC أو تقنيات إصدار التذاكر أو بيئات النقل الذكية (ITS).
  • فهم قوي للتذاكر الذكية وأنظمة الرسوم وشبكات الاتصالات المرتبطة بها.
  • خبرة في عمليات التفتيش أو التدقيق أو مراقبة الصيانة.
  • الإلمام بأنظمة إدارة الأصول وإعداد التقارير (مثل Maximo) يفضل.

Overview

The AFC Inspector is responsible for monitoring and verifying the performance, condition and maintenance of Automatic Fare Collection systems across the network, ensuring compliance with contractual, operational and revenue protection requirements.

Your role

  • Conduct inspections of AFC systems including validators, gates, ticket vending machines and
  • backend interfaces to verify operational performance and availability.
  • Monitor contractor maintenance activities and ensure adherence to preventive and corrective maintenance standards.
  • Verify accuracy of fare collection systems and identify faults impacting revenue integrity and passenger experience.
  • Record defects, non-conformances and ensure timely corrective actions are implemented by Contractor.
  • Coordinate with AFC, telecom and IT teams to resolve system and integration-related issues.

About You

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in AFC systems, ticketing technologies or transport ITS environments.
  • Strong understanding of smart ticketing, fare systems and associated communication networks.
  • Experience in inspections, audits or maintenance monitoring roles.
  • Familiarity with asset management and reporting systems (e.g., Maximo) preferred.
