AtkinsRéalis تعلن عن وظيفة مفتش اتصالات وتقنية معلومات (Inspector - Telecom & IT) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • فحص البنية التحتية للاتصالات بما في ذلك شبكات الألياف البصرية والمحولات والموجهات والخوادم وأنظمة الاتصالات.
  • مراقبة أداء المقاولين في الحفاظ على وقت تشغيل الشبكة وجودة الاتصال وموثوقية الأنظمة.
  • التحقق من الامتثال للمواصفات الفنية ومعايير الأمن السيبراني والمتطلبات التشغيلية.
  • تحديد الأعطال وتدهور الشبكة ومشاكل الأنظمة وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • التنسيق مع فرق مركز عمليات الشبكة (NOC) ومركز البيانات وأنظمة النقل الذكية (ITS) لحل مشاكل الاتصالات والأنظمة الحرجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الاتصالات أو البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات أو أنظمة النقل الذكية (ITS) ضمن مشاريع النقل أو البنية التحتية الكبرى.
  • خبرة في فحص الأنظمة واستكشاف الأخطاء ومراقبة الأداء.
  • الإلمام بمراكز البيانات وممارسات الأمن السيبراني وأنظمة تقنية المعلومات المؤسسية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة الشبكات وبروتوكولات الاتصال والبنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات.

Overview

The Telecom & IT Inspector is responsible for monitoring telecom and IT infrastructure performance, ensuring reliable communication networks and system availability across transport operations.

Your role

  • Inspect telecom infrastructure including fiber networks, switches, routers, servers and communication systems.
  • Monitor contractor performance in maintaining network uptime, connectivity and system reliability.
  • Verify compliance with technical specifications, cybersecurity standards and operational requirements.
  • Identify faults, network degradation and system issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Coordinate with NOC, data center and ITS teams to resolve critical communication and system issues.

About You

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in telecom, IT infrastructure or ITS systems within transport or large infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of network systems, communication protocols and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience in system inspections, troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with data centers, cybersecurity practices and enterprise IT systems.
