نبذة عن الوظيفة

دعم الرقابة المالية والإشراف على خدمات إدارة المرافق لضمان كفاءة التكلفة والشفافية والامتثال.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراقبة ميزانيات إدارة المرافق والنفقات وأداء التكاليف عبر الشبكة.
  • مراجعة فواتير المقاولين والتحقق من المدفوعات وفقاً لشروط العقد وتقديم الخدمة.
  • تتبع تغيرات التكاليف، وتحديد التناقضات، ودعم إجراءات مراقبة التكاليف.
  • إعداد التقارير المالية والتوقعات وتحليلات الميزانية.
  • دعم عمليات التدقيق وضمان الامتثال للإجراءات والضوابط المالية.
  • التنسيق مع فرق المالية وإدارة المرافق لإعداد تقارير دقيقة والتسوية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المحاسبة أو الإدارة المالية.
  • الشهادات المهنية (ACCA, CMA أو ما يعادلها) مفضلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بإعداد التقارير المالية، إعداد الميزانية، ومراقبة التكاليف.
  • إتقان استخدام برنامج MS Excel والأنظمة المالية.

Overview

Support financial oversight and control of Facilities Management services to ensure cost efficiency, transparency, and compliance.

Your role

  • Monitor FM budgets, expenditures, and cost performance across the network.
  • Review contractor invoices and verify payments against contract terms and service delivery.
  • Track cost variations, identify discrepancies, and support cost control measures.
  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budget analyses.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with financial procedures and controls.
  • Coordinate with finance and FM teams for accurate reporting and reconciliation.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in accounting or financial management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems.
  • Professional certifications (ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
