تعلن شركة القدية للاستثمار عن فتح باب التقديم لوظيفة Senior Manager - Development Financial Analysis - AG6 في الرياض، وذلك لدعم تحليل البيانات المالية لتطوير المشاريع. يُغلق باب التقديم في 26 يوليو 2026.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تحليل أداء المحفظة ومراقبة المؤشرات المالية الرئيسية مثل IRR و ROE والربحية والتدفق النقدي وأداء المشاريع.
- إدارة وتحديث خطط الأعمال والنماذج المالية والتوقعات عبر مشاريع التطوير المتعددة.
- إجراء تحليل التباين وتخطيط السيناريوهات واختبار الحساسية لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
- تطوير لوحات تنفيذية وتقارير المحفظة باستخدام Power BI أو Tableau أو أدوات تصور مماثلة.
- عرض خطط الأعمال والتحليلات المالية والتوصيات الاستثمارية على الإدارة العليا ولجان الحوكمة.
- تحديد فرص خلق القيمة وتقديم رؤى مالية لدعم التخطيط الاستراتيجي والميزانية السنوية.
- وضع معايير إعداد التقارير وتحسين عملياتها ودفع مبادرات الأتمتة وضمان جودة البيانات عبر المحفظة.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة عبر الإدارات لتقديم تقارير مالية دقيقة ورؤى أعمال قابلة للتنفيذ.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو الاقتصاد أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير أو شهادة مهنية مثل CA أو ACCA أو CPA.
- خبرة من 9 إلى 12 سنة في تمويل التطوير ودراسات الجدوى والنمذجة المالية وإعداد تقارير المحفظة.
- خبرة قوية في إدارة خطط الأعمال والتنبؤات وتحليل الأداء المالي لمشاريع التطوير واسعة النطاق.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات متقدمة في النمذجة المالية باستخدام Excel تشمل نمذجة DCF ونماذج التوزيع النقدي وتحليل الحساسية.
- إتقان متقدم لـ Power BI و Tableau و PowerPoint لإعداد التقارير التنفيذية وتصور البيانات.

Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio performance analysis, monitoring key financial metrics including IRR, ROE, profitability, cash flow, and project performance
- Own, maintain, and update business plans, financial models, and forecasts across multiple development projects
- Conduct variance analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity testing to support strategic decision-making
- Develop executive dashboards and portfolio reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
- Present business plans, financial analyses, and investment recommendations to senior leadership and governance committees
- Identify value creation opportunities and provide financial insights to support strategic planning and annual budgeting
- Establish reporting standards, improve reporting processes, drive automation initiatives, and ensure data quality across the portfolio
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate financial reporting and actionable business insights
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- Master's degree or a professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CPA is preferred
- 9-12 years of experience in development finance, feasibility studies, financial modelling, and portfolio reporting
- Strong experience in managing business plans, forecasting, and financial performance analysis for large-scale development projects
- Expert-level financial modelling skills in Excel, including DCF modelling, waterfall models, and sensitivity analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and PowerPoint for executive reporting and data visualization
- Excellent analytical, presentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
