تعلن شركة نهدي الطبية (Nahdi Medical Co.) عن توفر وظيفة مهندس أتمتة أول (Automation Senior Engineer) في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، لتقديم الدعم الفني لمعدات مناولة المواد الآلية في المستودعات ومراكز التوزيع باستخدام مهارات تحليل وحل المشكلات المتقدمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تعديل واستكشاف وإصلاح واجهة الربط بين وحدات التحكم المنطقية القابلة للبرمجة (PLC) ونظام تدفق المواد (MFS) للحفاظ على سير الإنتاج.
- حل جميع التحديات التي تواجه العمليات من خلال إصلاح الأجزاء التالفة مثل الحساسات والماسحات الضوئية وأنظمة التصوير والمحركات ومحولات التردد والمشفّرات.
- تحديد السبب الجذري للأعطال وأخطاء الإنتاج واقتراح حلول دائمة لضمان استمرارية التشغيل.
- التعاون مع مطوري البرامج الخارجيين والفرق الداخلية لضمان أقصى وقت تشغيل للنظام.
- تحليل تقارير تشغيل النظام اليومية لتتبع وتحديد فرص التحسين المستمر.
- تصميم وتنفيذ سيناريوهات اختبار محاكاة لتحديد مشكلات النظام وتحسينها.
- تصميم وتقديم تدريب لجميع المستخدمين لزيادة معرفة النظام وحل المشكلات ومنع تكرارها.
- تحديث نظام تذاكر مكتب المساعدة لتتبع ومراقبة وحل المشكلات لتحسين الكفاءة.
- إدارة أداء الموردين الخارجيين والمقاولين لتعظيم الفوائد التجارية من هذه العلاقة.
- مراقبة أداء أجهزة النظام الآلي وإعداد تقارير يومية لإطلاع الإدارة.
- تمثيل نهدي في فريق دولي لممارسات الأتمتة لضمان أقصى وقت تشغيل وأداء للنظام.
- التعاون مع مهندسي مناولة المواد الآخرين لضمان التكامل الشامل والوصول إلى الطاقة التشغيلية الكاملة.
- الحضور عند الحاجة حتى في أيام الإجازات والعطلات الرسمية.
- إعداد وثائق أدلة النظام لاستخدامها في إرشاد الموظفين الجدد والتدريب أثناء العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة دبلوم لمدة سنتين في الهندسة الإلكترونية والكهربائية أو خبرة معادلة.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في مجال PLC و .NET و Siemens S7 PLC و SEW motors and drives.
- بيئة العمل: 80% داخل المكاتب، 20% خارجها، 6 أيام عمل أسبوعياً مع يوم عطلة، 8 ساعات عمل يومياً بنظام الورديات المتناوبة (بما في ذلك ساعة استراحة).
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة استخدام حزمة Microsoft Office Suite.
- إجادة استخدام AutoCAD أو E-Plan.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية.

Accountabilities
- Modify the troubleshoot system and repair interface between Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) and Material Flow System (MFS) to maintain the production fellow.
- Resale all challenge that faced the operations through fixing the damaged parts like sensors, scanners, visualization systems, motors, frequency inverters and encoders.
- Identify the root cause of faults and production errors & initiate a permanent solutions to assure operation continuity.
- Collaborate with external software developers & internal teams with Onsite staff to ensure maximum system uptime.
- Analyzes system daily operation reports to track and identify opportunities for continued improvement.
- Designs & conduct maneuver testing scenarios to identify system issues for improvements.
- Design & deliver training for all users to increase system knowledge, resolve issues and prevent issues from recurring.
- Update help-desk ticketing system to track, monitor and resolve issues for better efficiency.
- Manage external suppliers/subcontractors performance to maximize the business benefits out of this relationship
- Monitors automated system machine performance & report a day to day reports for management visibility.
- Represent Nahdi in a international team of automation practices to ensure maximum system uptime and performance.
- Collaborate with other MHE engineers for assure 360 synergy & reach the operation full capacity.
- Present whenever the system requires even holydays, day off.
- Design a system manuals document to be used in Employees induction & on-the-job training.
- Indoors : 80%
- Outdoors : 20 %
- Working Days : 6 Working Days
- Days off : 1 Day Off
- Working Hours : 8 Hours a day “ Rotating shifts” (1 hour break)
- 2-year degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 year of experience with PLC, .net, Siemens S7 PLC SEW motors and drives
- MS Office Suite
- AUTOCAD or E-Plan
- English
- Arabic
