تعمل شركة Nahdi Medical Co. بالدمام (المنطقة الشرقية) على تعيين استشاري أمراض جلدية (Dermatology Consultant) لتشخيص وعلاج الأمراض الجلدية، وتقديم الاستشارات الطبية، والإشراف على الأطباء الأخصائيين والأقدم، إلى جانب المشاركة في تطوير الخدمات السريرية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقييم المرضى وتوثيق النتائج السريرية.
  • تصميم وتنفيذ خطة الرعاية الخاصة بالمريض.
  • توعية المرضى بحالتهم الصحية والفحوصات المطلوبة وخيارات العلاج واستخدام الأدوية.
  • توعية المرضى بالوقاية من الأمراض وتعزيز الصحة.
  • طلب ومراجعة نتائج الفحوصات التشخيصية للمرضى.
  • وصف الأدوية للمرضى.
  • الوفاء بالالتزامات المتعلقة بسجلات المرضى.
  • الالتزام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات عيادات Nahdi الطبية واللوائح الداخلية والخطة الاستراتيجية.
  • الالتزام برسالة ورؤية وأهداف وإرشادات الممارسة في العيادات.
  • المشاركة الفعالة في جميع اللجان وفرق العمل المكلف بها.
  • الالتزام بمعايير الرعاية الصحية المعتمدة (CBAHI).
  • بناء والحفاظ على علاقات عمل فعالة وتعاونية مع الإدارات الأخرى والجهات الخارجية والبائعين والمرضى وعائلاتهم.
  • استكمال متطلبات السلامة من الحرائق.
  • الامتثال لمعايير الهيكل السريري والتنظيمي بما في ذلك الحضور.
  • المشاركة في أنشطة تحسين الجودة المستمرة وتقييم البرامج وضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة السريرية ووزارة الصحة وCBAHI.
  • المشاركة في التطوير المهني المستمر للكوادر الطبية المبتدئة.
  • اتباع الممارسات الطبية المبنية على الأدلة.
  • دمج العوامل السكانية كالتراث والبيئة وانتشار الأمراض في رعاية المريض.
  • تطوير والمشاركة ودعم برنامج تعليم طبي مستمر للقسم أو العيادة بما في ذلك الجولات والمؤتمرات والمحاضرات ونوادي المجلات العلمية.
  • أداء المهام التخصصية ضمن صلاحياته السريرية بناءً على تدريبه وخبرته وإرشادات هيئة التخصصات الصحية.
  • تقديم رأي ثانٍ للأخصائيين والأخصائيين الأقدم عند الحاجة لضمان مشاركة المعرفة والالتزام بالممارسات المثلى.
  • دعم المدير الطبي في عملية إدارة الأداء للأخصائيين والأقدمين بتقديم تقييم موضوعي لأدائهم وإمكاناتهم.
  • أي مهام أخرى يتم تكليفها بناءً على حاجة العمل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الطب والجراحة من جامعة معترف بها.
  • درجة الماجستير في التخصص ذي الصلة من جامعة معترف بها.
  • زمالة أو بورد أو دكتوراه في الطب (MD) في التخصص.
  • خبرة سريرية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات بعد شهادة الدكتوراه في التخصص، أو 3 سنوات بعد الزمالة في التخصص.
  • ترخيص ساري من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية كمستشار في التخصص ذي الصلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إجادة استخدام برامج Office وأنظمة المعلومات الصحية.
  • إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة.

Job Description

Serve as a Consultant in the Dermatology department, Diagnose and treat injuries or illnesses. Responsible to examine patients; take medical histories; prescribe medications; and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests. Responsible to counsel patients on diet, hygiene, and preventive healthcare whenever it is related to their individual cases. Provide second opinion and coaching for specialist and senior specialist physicians. Support the top management with recommendations and ideas for improving the services provided and the staff in the clinic either on the short or the long term.

Accountabilities

  • Assess patients and document findings.
  • Designs and executes the patient’s plan of care.
  • Educates patients on their health condition, investigations required, treatment options and medication use.
  • Educates patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
  • Orders and reviews result of patients’ investigations.
  • Prescribe medications for patients.
  • Fulfills his/her obligations related to Patient Records.
  • Prescribe medications for patients.
  • Performs other job related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Adherent to all Nahdi Care Clinics (NCC) Policies and Procedures (P&P), Bylaws Strategic Plan, Rules & Regulation.
  • Adherent to the mission, vision goals and practice guidelines in NCC.
  • Actively participate in all NCC Committees and Task Forces that he/she are assigned to.
  • Adherent to the CBAHI standards of care.
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with other departments of the NCC, other local agencies, vendors, patients, their families and other interested parties.
  • Completes fire safety requirements.
  • Complies with clinical & departmental structure standards, including attendance.
  • Participates in continuous quality improvement / program evaluation activities and observe measures to ensure Clinical, MOH and CBAHI quality Standards and Regulations are met.
  • Participate in continuous professional development of all junior staff .
  • Evidence base oriented.
  • Integrate the population factors of heritage, environment, and disease prevalence into a patient's care.
  • Develops, participate and supports an active Continuing Medical Education program for the Section, Department or Clinical assigned by the chairman which may include rounds, conferences, lectures, and journal clubs and other educational activities.

Specialty Tasks:

  • Specific privileges based on his training, experience, skills and in the guidelines of the Saudi health council.
  • Performs additional tasks based on specialty and their Clinical Privileges.

Coaching & Knowledge Sharing:

  • Provide second opinion for specialists and senior specialist if needed to ensure sharing knowledge across the team as well as adherence to guidelines and best practices.
  • Support the Medical Director (if needed) in the performance management process with the specialist and senior specialists by providing objective evaluation for their performance and potential.

The employee’s duties are not limited to the above-mentioned accountabilities. The manager can assign other duties based on the business need.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery from recognized universities.
  • Master’s degree in (related specialty) from recognized universities.
  • Fellowship\Board or Medical Doctor “MD”

Experience

  • 5 years of clinical experience following Medical Doctor “MD” in the specialty OR 3 year of clinical experience following Fellowship in the specialty.

SCFHS License

  • Licensed as Consultant in (related specialty) from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

Computer Skills

  • Office & Health Information Systems

Languages

  • English and Arabic (fluent speaking and writing)
