تعلن شركة Nahdi Medical Co. عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي تقنيات مختبرية (Laboratory Technique Specialist) في مكة المكرمة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
أداء الاختبارات السريرية الروتينية في مجالات أمراض الدم والكيمياء والمناعة الدموية والأحياء الدقيقة والمناعة وعوامل التجلط. سيكتسب المهارات المخبرية الأساسية المطلوبة للوظائف المبتدئة في هذه المجالات وغيرها من المجالات المخبرية الناشئة مثل التشخيص الجزيئي. كما سيتولى بعض المسؤوليات المتعلقة بمعالجة المعلومات والتدريب وضبط الجودة داخل المختبر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استلام عينات الدم وسوائل الجسم في استقبال المختبر وبدء المعالجة ما قبل التحليلية للعينات.
- إجراء الفحوصات اليومية على المعدات لضمان سلامتها وتشغيلها الصحيح.
- إجراء جميع العمليات التحليلية على أجهزة المختبر الخاصة بأمراض الدم والكيمياء الحيوية والمصلية والهرمونية.
- إجراء اختبارات ضبط الجودة اليومية على الكواشف.
- تحليل خلايا الدم عن طريق عدها وتحديد هويتها باستخدام التقنيات المجهرية والإجراءات.
- التحضير المجهري وفحص البول والبراز.
- الحفاظ على مخزون مستلزمات المختبر من خلال فحص المخزون لتحديد مستوياته وتوقع الاحتياجات وطلب المستلزمات والتحقق من وصولها.
- الاستخدام الأمثل للمعدات والمستلزمات لتحقيق نتائج العمل.
- إبلاغ الكوادر الطبية بنتائج الاختبارات الحرجة.
- إعداد تقارير النتائج التقنية من خلال جمع المعلومات وتحليلها وتلخيصها.
- الحفاظ على المعرفة المهنية والتقنية عبر حضور ورش العمل التعليمية ومراجعة المنشورات المهنية.
- الحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة ونظيفة بالامتثال للإجراءات والقواعد واللوائح.
- حماية المرضى والموظفين من خلال الالتزام بسياسات مكافحة العدوى وإدارة النفايات الخطرة.
- الحفاظ على سرية معلومات المرضى وحماية المستشفى.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم الطبية التطبيقية (قسم المختبرات).
- خبرة عملية لمدة سنتين بعد التخرج.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات استخدام برامج Office ونظام المعلومات الصحية.
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة بطلاقة.

Job Description
Perform routine clinical laboratory tests done in hematology, chemistry, immunohematology, microbiology, immunology and coagulation. He/she will have gained basic laboratory skills required for entry-level positions in these and other emerging laboratory fields, such as molecular diagnostics. Also, perform some responsibilities related to information processing, training and quality control within the laboratory.

He/she will have gained basic laboratory skills required for entry-level positions in these and other emerging laboratory fields, such as molecular diagnostics. Also, perform some responsibilities related to information processing, training and quality control within the laboratory.
Accountabilities
- Receives blood and body fluid samples at the lab reception and starts the pre-analytical processing of the samples.
- Performs daily checks on equipment to ensure its safety and correct operability.
- Performs all analytical processes on the hematology, biochemistry, serology and hormone lab machines.
- Performs daily quality control tests on regents
- Analyzes blood cells by counting and identifying cells, using microscopic techniques and procedures.
- Performs microscopic preparation and examination of urine and stools.
- Maintains laboratory supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Conserves laboratory resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
- Informs medical staff of critical test results.
- Prepares reports of technological findings by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control and hazardous waste policies and procedures.
- Maintains patient confidence and protects the hospital by keeping information confidential.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied medical science (laboratory section)
- 2 years of practical experience following graduation.

- English and Arabic (fluent speaking and writing)
