شركة Nahdi Medical Co. تعلن عن وظيفة أخصائي تقنية الأشعة (Radiology Technique Specialist) في مكة المكرمة. تتضمن الوظيفة العمل في بيئة داخلية بنسبة 100%، و 6 أيام عمل في الأسبوع مع يوم إجازة، و 8 ساعات عمل صافية وفق جدول المناوبات المعتمد.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تحضير المريض للإجراءات الإشعاعية من خلال وضعه، وتعديل أجهزة التثبيت، وتحريك المعدات، وضبط إعدادات التعرض.
  • كسب تعاون المريض وتخفيف قلقه عبر شرح العلاج والإجابة عن الأسئلة.
  • تقليل التعرض للإشعاع للمريض والموظفين باستخدام تقنيات الحماية، وأجهزة تحديد الشعاع، والدرع الواقي، ومعرفة عوامل التعرض.
  • الحفاظ على إنتاج وجودة الصور الإشعاعية باتباع المعايير والإجراءات المقررة، وتطوير الصور، ومراجعة النتائج وإجراء التعديلات اللازمة.
  • حماية المرضى والموظفين من خلال الالتزام بسياسات مكافحة العدوى.
  • الحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة ونظيفة بالامتثال للإجراءات والقواعد واللوائح.
  • الحفاظ على المعرفة المهنية والتقنية عبر حضور ورش العمل التعليمية ومراجعة المنشورات المهنية.
  • ملاحظة: واجبات الموظف لا تقتصر على ما سبق، ويمكن للمدير تكليف مهام أخرى حسب حاجة العمل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم الطبية التطبيقية - قسم الأشعة.
  • خبرة عملية لمدة سنتين بعد التخرج.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات الحاسب الآلي: Office ونظام المعلومات الصحية.
  • إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة بطلاقة.

Job Description

Perform diagnostic radiographs, daily maintenance of x-ray equipment and room, daily maintenance of x-ray film processor and handles processing of radiology request, radiology reports and x-ray films and ensures strict compliance with any rules or regulations that apply to the clinic.

Accountabilities

  • Prepares patient for radiological procedure by positioning patient; adjusting immobilization devices; moving equipment into specified position; adjusting equipment controls to set exposure factors.
  • Gains patient cooperation by reducing anxieties; providing explanations of treatment; answering questions.
  • Minimizes radiation to patient and staff by practicing radiation protection techniques, using beam restrictive devices, patient shielding, and knowledge of exposure factors.
  • Maintains production and quality of radiographs by following established standards and procedures; developing radiographs; observing radiographic results; making necessary adjustments.
  • Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.

The employee’s duties are not limited to the above-mentioned accountabilities. The manager can assign other duties based on the business need.

Job Requirement

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Applied medical science - Radiology section

Experience

  • 2 years of practical experience following graduation.

  • Office & Health Information System

Languages

  • English and Arabic (fluent speaking and writing)
