أرامكو السعودية، إحدى أكبر شركات الطاقة والبتروكيماويات في العالم، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مهندس عمليات (Process Engineer) للعمل في قسم الموارد غير التقليدية (Unconventional Resources Producing Department) بدوام كامل في المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

سيعمل المهندس ضمن فريق متخصص لدعم عمليات الإنتاج وتحسين أداء المرافق، واستكشاف أنظمة المعالجة وإصلاحها، والمساهمة في تصميم وتحسين مرافق الإنتاج. توفر أرامكو بيئة هندسية واسعة النطاق تركز على الابتكار والسلامة والتميز التشغيلي، مع العمل على مشاريع طاقة معقدة باستخدام تقنيات متقدمة ذات تأثير عالمي.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم الدعم الفني لفرق التشغيل والصيانة.
  • استكشاف مشاكل الأنظمة والمعدات وإصلاحها.
  • تطوير حزم التصميم الهندسي للمرافق الجديدة والمطورة.
  • مراجعة الرسومات الهندسية ومخططات تدفق العمليات (PFDs) ورسومات الأنابيب والأجهزة (P&IDs).
  • المشاركة في أنشطة التشغيل التجريبي والاختبار والفحص.
  • الحفاظ على الوثائق الهندسية والرسومات الفنية.
  • تحليل أداء النظام وتقديم توصيات للتحسين.
  • العمل على تحسين استهلاك الطاقة وتقديم حلول فعالة من حيث التكلفة.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) والمعايير الصناعية.
  • إجراء دراسات الجدوى والدراسات الفنية للمشاريع الجديدة.
  • دعم تحليل الأعطال وتقديم توصيات هندسية.
  • التعاون مع فرق هندسية متعددة التخصصات.
  • المساهمة في تقييم المشاريع الرأسمالية واتخاذ القرارات الفنية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية (يفضل الماجستير).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في العمليات الصناعية أو التشغيل.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال النفط أو الغاز أو مرافق المعالجة.
  • يفضل خبرة في الغاز الصخري أو أنظمة الوحدات النمطية (modular skid systems).
  • شهادة مهندس محترف (PE) أو مهندس معتمد (C.Eng.) مفضلة ولكن غير إلزامية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة بمعايير API و ASME.
  • خبرة في استخدام مخططات تدفق العمليات (PFDs) ورسومات الأنابيب والأجهزة (P&IDs) وأدوات المحاكاة مثل HYSYS.
  • مهارات قوية في استكشاف المشكلات وتحليلها.
  • خبرة في تحليل أعطال المعدات ومشاكل التآكل.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وفي فرق متعددة التخصصات.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to Operations and Maintenance teams
  • Troubleshoot process systems and equipment issues

  • Participate in commissioning, testing, and inspection activities
  • Maintain engineering documentation and technical drawings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
  • 15+ years of experience in industrial/process operations
  • Minimum 10 years in oil, gas, or process facilities
  • Experience with shale gas or modular skid systems preferred
  • Knowledge of API and ASME standards
  • Experience with PFDs, P&IDs, HYSYS, and process simulation tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Experience in equipment failure analysis and corrosion issues
  • Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or C.Eng. preferred but not required
