تعلن شركة Ninja السعودية عن توفر وظيفة ضابط سلامة (Safety Officer) في الرياض، السعودية. يعمل المرشح في موقع العمل (حضوري) بدوام كامل للمساهمة في الحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة من خلال إجراء التفتيش، ومراقبة أنظمة الأمن، وضمان الامتثال للوائح، ودعم الاستجابة للحوادث وأنشطة التوعية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء عمليات تفتيش دورية والإبلاغ عن المخاطر أو الظروف غير الآمنة.
  • متابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية لضمان إغلاق قضايا السلامة في الوقت المناسب.
  • فحص جاهزية معدات السلامة والأمن بشكل منتظم.
  • مراقبة أداء حراس الأمن والتأكد من الامتثال للإجراءات.
  • مراقبة أنظمة كاميرات المراقبة (CCTV) والإبلاغ عن أي أنشطة مشبوهة.
  • دعم الإشراف على أفراد الأمن في الموقع.
  • إعداد تقارير الحوادث ورفع القضايا الحرجة للإدارة.
  • ضمان الامتثال لسياسات السلامة والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
  • المساعدة في عمليات التدقيق والتفتيش وإغلاق النتائج.
  • دعم التدريب على السلامة والتوجيه وأنشطة التوعية للموظفين.
  • مراقبة امتثال الموظفين لقواعد السلامة وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة الإيجابية.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة والمساعدة في إعداد التقارير حسب الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • فهم أساسي لأنظمة السلامة واللوائح الأمنية وإجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ.
  • خبرة من 0 إلى 1 سنة في مجال السلامة أو الأمن أو مجال ذي صلة (يُرحب بالخريجين الجدد).
  • الإلمام بأنظمة كاميرات المراقبة (CCTV) وتقنيات التحكم في الوصول.
  • القدرة على إجراء تقييمات المخاطر وتنفيذ الإجراءات الوقائية.
  • القدرة على الاستجابة بفعالية وكفاءة للحوادث الأمنية أو السلامة.
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل وحل المشكلات.
  • الحصول على شهادة معتمدة في برنامج الصحة والسلامة المهنية (مستوى ممارس أو محترف).
  • حامل شهادة كوادر (Kwader) سارية المفعول.
  • الشهادات الإضافية مثل CPP أو PSP أو OSHA 30 تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • القدرة على البقاء هادئًا تحت الضغط وتقديم الدعم أثناء حالات الطوارئ.

In this role, you will conduct inspections, monitor security systems, ensure compliance with regulations, and support incident response and safety awareness activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections and report hazards or unsafe conditions
  • Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely closure of safety issues
  • Check readiness of safety and security equipment regularly
  • Monitor security guards' performance and ensure compliance with procedures
  • Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities
  • Support supervision of security personnel on site
  • Prepare incident reports and escalate critical issues to management
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and closure of findings
  • Support safety training, inductions, and awareness activities for staff
  • Monitor staff compliance with safety rules and promote a positive safety culture
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting as needed

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of safety regulations, security systems, and emergency response procedures
  • 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in safety, security, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Familiarity with CCTV systems and access control technologies
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures
  • Capable of responding effectively and efficiently to security or safety incidents
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Certified under the Occupational Safety and Health Program (Practitioner or Professional level)
  • Holder of a valid Kwader certificate
  • Additional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or OSHA 30 are considered an advantage
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide support during emergency situations

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPP (Certified Protection Professional)
  • PSP (Physical Security Professional)
  • OSHA 30-hour certification
