فرصة عمل في شركة المراعي (Almarai) بالرياض، لوظيفة مدير أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات (IT Administrator).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الحفاظ على مرونة وموثوقية البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات للمستخدمين الداخليين في جميع المواقع ضمن المنطقة المخصصة.
  • صيانة وترقية الأجهزة والأنظمة والبرمجيات الحالية وفقاً لاحتياجات العمل المتطورة.
  • تنفيذ أنظمة ومرافق تقنية معلومات جديدة عند الحاجة لتوسيع القدرات.
  • الاستجابة للمشكلات التي يبلغ عنها المستخدمون وحلها من خلال تشخيص وإصلاح البنية التحتية المعطلة.
  • تركيب وإدارة الخوادم كجزء من الصيانة المستمرة للبنية التحتية.
  • العمل على مجموعة واسعة من المهام اليومية بدلاً من التخصص في مجال واحد ضيق.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات، نظم الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة عملية تتراوح بين 2 و5 سنوات، تشمل التعامل المباشر مع بيئات Oracle والتطبيقات القائمة على الخادم/العميل.
  • الإلمام بإطار عمل ITIL وخبرة عملية في أدوات البرمجيات المستخدمة في بيئة المراعي.
  • معرفة عملية بأداة Business Objects أو أداة تقارير مماثلة.
  • فهم قوي للمفاهيم والممارسات القياسية في مجال تقنية المعلومات.

Behind that scale sits a sizeable IT backbone, and this role exists to keep it running reliably for internal teams across the assigned region.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Keep IT infrastructure resilient and reliable for internal users across all locations in your assigned area
  • Maintain and upgrade existing hardware, communication systems, and software components as business needs evolve
  • Roll out new IT facilities and systems where the business requires expanded capability
  • Respond to and resolve user-reported issues by diagnosing and fixing malfunctioning infrastructure
  • Install and manage servers as part of ongoing infrastructure upkeep
  • Work across a broad mix of daily tasks rather than one narrow specialty

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Systems, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience, including direct exposure to Oracle environments and client/server-based applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work smoothly across teams from very different professional backgrounds
  • A team-first mindset paired with a genuine drive toward IT excellence across the region
  • Self-starting attitude, with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks under pressure without losing composure
  • A methodical, tactful, and cooperative working style, backed by sound business judgement
  • Familiarity with the ITIL framework and hands-on experience with the software tools used across Almarai's environment
  • Working knowledge of Business Objects or a comparable reporting tool
  • Solid grasp of standard concepts and practices within the IT field

Pay

  • 6,500 SAR per month
