فرصة نادرة للعمل كـ مهندس سلامة طيران لدى أرامكو السعودية في المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن قسم الوقاية من الخسائر، للإشراف على عمليات الطيران الثابتة والمروحية والمهابط والمصاعد البحرية والمدارج النائية (دوام كامل).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ وإدارة نظام إدارة سلامة الطيران (SMS).
- إجراء تفتيش ومراجعة HSE للطائرات والمهابط والمصاعد البحرية والحظائر والمدارج.
- إجراء تقييمات مخاطر الطيران وتحليلات السلامة ومراجعات الامتثال.
- التحقيق في حوادث الطيران، وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية، ودفع الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- دعم سلامة عمليات المروحيات في المناطق البحرية والنائية.
- مراجعة تصاميم مرافق الطيران للتأكد من توافقها مع معايير GACA وICAO وIATA.
- تطوير ومراجعة خطط الاستجابة للطوارئ (ERPs) الخاصة بسيناريوهات الطيران.
- تقديم تدريب على السلامة للموظفين والمقاولين.
- توجيه موظفي الوقاية من الخسائر و HSE المبتدئين.
- الاستجابة لحالات طوارئ الطيران وتقديم الدعم الفني في الموقع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (طيران، ميكانيكية، كهربائية، صناعية أو مجال ذي صلة).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال سلامة النفط والغاز و/أو الطيران (ضابط HSE، الوقاية من الخسائر أو ما يعادله).
- معرفة بلوائح GACA ومعايير ICAO وIATA وأفضل ممارسات سلامة الطيران الدولية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
- القدرة على التدريب والتدقيق والعرض.

About The Role
As an Aviation Safety Engineer (HSE) at Aramco, you will serve as the frontline safety officer for all aviation operations - covering fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters, heliports, helidecks, offshore facilities, and remote airstrips across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the Aviation Safety Management System (SMS)
- Conduct HSE inspections and audits of aircraft, heliports, helidecks, hangars, and airstrips
- Perform aviation risk assessments, JSAs, PHAs, and compliance reviews
- Investigate aviation incidents, determine root causes, and drive corrective actions
- Support offshore and remote-area helicopter operations safety
- Review designs of aviation facilities for GACA, ICAO, and IATA compliance
- Develop and review Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) for aviation scenarios
- Deliver safety training to employees and contractors
- Mentor junior loss prevention and HSE personnel
- Respond to aviation emergencies and provide on-site technical safety support
- Degree: Bachelor's in Engineering (Aviation, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related)
- Experience: 7+ years in oil & gas and/or aviation safety (HSE officer, loss prevention, or equivalent)
- Standards Knowledge: GACA regulations, ICAO SARPs, IATA standards, international aviation safety best practices
- Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication; ability to train, audit, and present
