تعلن شركة تسنى (رواد)، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في تصنيع المنتجات البلاستيكية في الشرق الأوسط، عن فرصة وظيفية شاغرة بمسمى «أمين مستودع (إعادة تدوير)» في مدينة الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم والتوجيه للزملاء الأقل خبرة.
- إدارة عمليات الاستلام والشحن، ومعالجة المعلومات والمستندات المطلوبة.
- التواصل مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية لإدارة معلومات طلبات العملاء، وشحنات الموردين، وتوافر المنتجات.
- تنسيق طلبات الشراء والتوزيع وتتبع المخزون.
- تقديم المساعدة في الأمور المتعلقة بتخطيط وإدارة مواد تغليف المنتجات النهائية.
- تنسيق إدخال أوامر المبيعات/الصيانة/الإنتاج في الأنظمة، والحفاظ على سجلات الموردين/العملاء.
- جدولة عمليات الشحن والاستلام الداخلي والخارجي من حيث تحديد مواعيد الوصول.
- إعداد جداول الاستلام والتسليم والشحن اليومية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الدبلوم.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في نفس المجال بعد الحصول على الدبلوم.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إدارة المخزون.
- إدارة المستودعات.
- التعامل مع المعدات المتحركة في المستودع.
- مناولة وإدارة المواد.
- السلامة التشغيلية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً مع مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
- المعرفة بتطبيقات Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook وغيرها).

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Provide support and guidance to more junior colleagues.
- Deals with inbound/outbound operations, processing information, and documentation as required.
- Interact with internal/external contacts to manage information on customer orders, supplier shipments, and product availability.
- Coordinate the ordering, distribution, and tracking of inventory.
- Provide assistance on matters related to finished products packaging materials planning and management.
- Coordinate sales/maintenance/production order entry into systems and maintains vendor/supplier/customer records.
- Schedule inbound/outbound logistics in terms of establishing arrival terms.
- Prepare daily receiving/deliveries and shipping schedules.
- Diploma Degree.
- Minimum of 1-year experience with a Diploma degree in the same field.
- Inventory Management.
- Warehouse Management.
- Warehouse Mobile Equipment Handling.
- Materials Handling and Management.
- Operational Safety.
- Fluency in English language with excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
