شركة Tasnee (Tasnee) تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس مدني (Engineer, Civil) في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- يعمل كمهندس مدني ضمن قسم فحص الأصول الثابتة (R&I Static inspection) لإدارة وفحص وصيانة المنشآت المدنية القائمة في المصنع.
- سيكون مسؤولاً عن تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات الفحص المدني، وإجراء عمليات التفتيش، وضمان الامتثال للوائح الصناعية.
- يلعب دوراً حاسماً في الحفاظ على سلامة الهياكل المدنية والأساسات في الخدمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استكشاف واستخدام تقنيات الفحص المتقدمة لتقييم صحة الهياكل الخرسانية.
- قيادة وإجراء عمليات الفحص المدني والإنشائي بما في ذلك الأساسات والهياكل الفولاذية والأعمال الخرسانية والمرافق تحت الأرض.
- قيادة الفحص لتحديد الحالة الحالية للهياكل الفولاذية وأنواع ومدى ومعدل وأسباب التدهور، وتقدير الوقت المتبقي قبل الإصلاح أو الاستبدال، وتأثيرات التأجيل على قابلية الخدمة، وتقديم الوسائل الأكثر فعالية من حيث التكلفة لمنع المزيد من التدهور ودراسة أداء المواد تحت ظروف تعرض محددة.
- تقديم طرق إصلاح للهياكل الخرسانية.
- مراجعة قياسات الاهتزاز الإنشائي وتقييمها وفقاً لكودات ومعايير البناء، وتقديم حلول لحل مشاكل الاهتزاز الإنشائي.
- تحديد الأسباب الجذرية لتدهور الفولاذ وتقديم توصيات واضحة لمنع تكرارها وتصحيح النتائج (توصيات قصيرة وطويلة المدى بشكل منفصل).
- خبرة في بناء وإصلاح الخزانات والأحواض والبرك وحفر الصرف وحفر التجميع والأحواض وغيرها، وإصلاح الهياكل الفولاذية والكمرات والأعمدة والألواح والسدود والأساسات، والتدعيم والتقوية للهياكل الخرسانية والفولاذية في المصانع العاملة.
- خبرة في فحص وصيانة أبراج التبريد العاملة بمياه البحر.
- قيادة مسح تسوية التربة وتقديم خطة تصحيح للمناطق المستقرة في المصنع.
- تركيز قوي على ضمان الجودة من خلال تطبيق بروتوكولات فحص واختبار صارمة لضمان السلامة الإنشائية.
- إجراء تقييمات تفصيلية للهياكل القائمة، وتحديد نقاط الضعف، وتقديم توصيات لإعادة التقوية والتأهيل.
- تنفيذ مشاريع إعادة تأهيل إنشائية ناجحة لإطالة عمر البنية التحتية القديمة وتعزيز السلامة والموثوقية.
- القدرة على تقييم القضايا الفنية المعقدة وتقديم توصيات واضحة.
- مراجعة والتحقق من حزم التصميم الهندسي والرسومات والمواصفات والحسابات ومقدمات المقاولين لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع والمعايير الدولية.
- المشاركة في عمليات التدقيق الموقعي ومراقبة الجودة لأنشطة الإصلاح أو الصيانة الجارية.
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير ذات الصلة مثل ACI, AISC, ASTM, ASCE، كود البناء السعودي، والمعايير الداخلية للشركة.
- مراجعة الدراسات والتقارير الجيوتقنية بما يشمل تفسير ملف التربة والتحقيقات تحت السطح وهندسة أساسات التربة وتحليل التسوية والضغوط الجانبية للتربة واستقرار المنحدرات والمسوحات الموقعية وغيرها.
- المشاركة في المناقشات الفنية متعددة التخصصات وتقديم إرشادات موثوقة.
- البقاء على اطلاع على اتجاهات الصناعة والتقنيات وأفضل الممارسات في ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة لتحسين العمليات والمساهمة في نجاح المؤسسة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الهندسة الإنشائية لفحص وتقييم صحة منشآت المصانع البتروكيماوية.
- خبرة عملية واسعة في عمليات الفحص المدني وأنظمة إدارة الجودة.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة مهنية مثل PE, PEng, المهندس المعتمد, PMP وغيرها.
المهارات المطلوبة
- الخبرة الفنية: إتقان استخدام برامج الهندسة المدنية مثل AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project والتحليل الإنشائي.
- فهم عميق لكودات الهندسة مثل ACI, AISC, ASCE, SBC, API RP 752/753 وغيرها.
- تحليل المشاكل الإنشائية المعقدة وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.

Job Summary:

Role responsibilities:
- Explore and utilization of advanced inspection techniques for concrete structure health assessment
- Lead and perform civil and structural inspections, including foundations, steel structures, concrete works and underground utilities.
- Lead inspection to determine the present condition steel structures, types, extent, rate and causes of deterioration, estimate the time remaining before repair or replacement, effects on serviceability if repair or replacement is deferred and the most cost-effective means to prevent further deterioration of the Structure and to study the performance of a material under a specific exposure
- Provide repair methods for concrete structure
- Review structural vibration measurements and evaluate with construction code and standards and provide solutions to resolve any structural vibration issues
- Need to identify the root causes of identified steel deteriorations and clear recommendations to prevent reoccurrence and rectify the findings (short term and long-term recommendations shall be provided separately).
- Must have experience in Construction and repair of tanks, reservoir, ponds, drainage pits, sump pits, basins etc. Repair of steel structures, beams and columns and slabs, dykes, foundation etc. Retrofitting and strengthening of concrete and steel structures etc. in Live Plant).
- Experience in sea water cooling tower inspection and maintenance
- Lead soil settlement survey and provide correction plan for settled area in plant
- Strong focus on quality assurance, implementing rigorous inspection and testing protocols to ensure structural integrity.
- Required to conduct detailed assessments of existing structures, identifying weaknesses, and providing recommendations for re-strengthening and rehabilitation.
- Successfully executed numerous structural rehabilitation projects, extending the lifespan of aging infrastructure and enhancing safety and reliability.
- Ability to evaluate complex technical issues and provide clear recommendations.
- Review and validate engineering design packages, drawings, specifications, calculations, and contractor submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements and international standards.
- Participate in site audits, quality surveillance for ongoing repair or maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards such as ACI, AISC, ASTM, ASCE, Saudi Building Code, and company internal standards.
- Review geotechnical studies/reports including soil profile interpretation, subsurface investigations, soil foundation engineering, settlement analysis, lateral earth pressures, slope stability, and site investigations surveys etc.
- Participate in multi‑disciplinary technical discussions and provide reliable guidance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in QA/QC to continuously improve processes and contribute to the overall success of the organization
