تعلن شركة TASNEE عن فرصة وظيفية شاغرة لوظيفة فني أجهزة أول (Senior Instrument Technician) في مدينة الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أعمال تركيب ومعايرة واختبار واستكشاف الأعطال في أنظمة الأجهزة.
- قراءة وتفسير وتعديل المستندات الفنية مثل مخططات الأنابيب والأجهزة (P&IDs) ومخططات الحلقات (Loop Diagrams) وأوراق المواصفات ورسومات التوصيل.
- معايرة واستكشاف الأعطال وصيانة أجهزة القياس الميدانية بما في ذلك مرسلات الضغط والتدفق والمستوى ودرجة الحرارة وصمامات التحكم.
- تشخيص واستكشاف أعطال أنظمة التحكم بما في ذلك وحدات التحكم المنطقية القابلة للبرمجة (PLCs) وأنظمة مراقبة الآلات (مثل Bentley Nevada).
- إجراء الصيانة على معدات الأجهزة مثل صمامات التحكم والمقاييس وأجهزة التحليل.

المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات فنية قوية في مجال الأجهزة وأنظمة التحكم واستكشاف الأعطال.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية والمخططات والمواصفات.
- فهم جيد لمنطق أنظمة التحكم (الحلقة المفتوحة، الحلقة المغلقة، والتجاوزات الآمنة).
- اهتمام عالٍ بمعايير السلامة والجودة والامتثال.
- مهارات فعالة في العمل الجماعي والتواصل.

Job Purpose
The Senior Instrument Technician is responsible for supporting instrumentation activities during construction, commissioning, and maintenance phases of the plant. The role ensures the reliability, accuracy, and safe operation of instrumentation systems while maintaining compliance with company standards, procedures, and safety requirements.
Role Responsibilities:
- Execute instrumentation installation, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
- Read, interpret, and modify technical documents such as P&IDs, loop diagrams, specification sheets, and hook-up drawings.
- Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain field instruments including transmitters (pressure, flow, level, temperature) and control valves.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose control systems, including PLCs and machine monitoring systems (e.g., Bentley Nevada).
- Perform maintenance on instrumentation equipment such as control valves, gauges, and analyzers.
- Ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Use and maintain instrumentation tools, fittings, and testing equipment effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient execution of maintenance and project activities.
- Diploma in instrument or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience or above working as Instrument technician in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas sectors.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills in instrumentation and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and specifications.
- Good understanding of control system logic (open loop, closed loop, and safety overrides).
- High attention to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently complete tasks to a high standard.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
