تسعى شركة Tasnee، إحدى الشركات الصناعية الرائدة في المملكة العربية السعودية، إلى توظيف مهندس سلامة العمليات للعمل في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
دعم تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات وسياسات السلامة لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة وخالية من الحوادث، وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة داخل الشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة العمليات لتحديد المخاطر المتعلقة بالعمليات واقتراح التدخلات لضمان النشاط التشغيلي الآمن.
- دمج احتياطات السلامة والآليات والمعايير لضمان وجود إجراءات وأنظمة تشغيل آمنة تنطبق على الأنشطة التشغيلية والهندسية والصيانة.
- تحديث المعرفة بشكل مستمر بأفضل ممارسات السلامة الدولية والصناعية لتقديم توصيات مناسبة.
- إجراء تحليل مفصل لجميع الأنشطة التشغيلية والصيانة والمشاريع الجديدة ذات المخاطر المحتملة الكبيرة قبل بدء العمل، وإعداد تقييم للمخاطر واقتراح إجراءات للسيطرة عليها، والحفاظ على ملف مخاطر المؤسسة مع آليات مراقبة خلال مراحل تشغيل المصنع.
- دراسة المشاريع الهندسية الحالية والجديدة والعمليات من وجهة نظر التصميم والبناء، واقتراح ودمج معايير ومواصفات السلامة لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة أثناء مرحلتي البناء والتشغيل.
- تقديم إرشادات حول جوانب السلامة قبل وأثناء التعديلات والتغييرات على الأنظمة الهندسية القائمة لمنع أي حوادث غير مرغوب فيها.
- تحديد أي مخاطر سلامة جديدة قد تنتج عن التعديل أو التغيير والتوصية بإجراءات السيطرة عليها.
- تفقد المواقع بانتظام وإجراء مسوحات للمناطق المعرضة للحوادث للتأكد من الامتثال لإجراءات ومعايير العمل الآمنة.
- التحقيق في الحوادث البسيطة بشكل مستقل أو المشاركة في فريق التحقيق في الحوادث الكبيرة.
- إيجاز أعضاء الفريق حول إجراءات وأنظمة السلامة المتعلقة بالحادث، وإجراء تحليل السبب الجذري، وكتابة تقرير التحقيق لمراجعة الإدارة.
- المساعدة في تطوير برامج التوعية والتدريب المصممة لتعليم الموظفين قضايا سلامة العمليات.
- تقديم توصيات وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات القسم التي تغطي جميع مجالات نشاط القسم لضمان تقديم خدمة عالية الجودة وفعالة من حيث التكلفة للعملاء الداخليين.
- تقديم التدريب للزملاء ومشاركة الخبرات الفنية مع الأقران لتعزيز العمل الجماعي والتعاون داخل القسم ومع الأقسام الأخرى.
- ضمان الالتزام بجميع إجراءات وتعليمات وضوابط السلامة والجودة والبيئة ذات الصلة لضمان السلامة وجودة المنتجات/الخدمات والامتثال البيئي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية أو هندسة سلامة العمليات مع خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مؤسسة مرموقة في مجال النفط والغاز، وسجل مثبت من الكفاءة والأداء والإنجازات.

Job Summary:
To support the development and implementation of safety processes and procedures in order to ensure a safe, incident-free environment and create a safety culture in Tasnee.
Role responsibilities:
- Review the process for process related hazards and propose interventions to ensure safe operational activity
- Incorporate safety precautions, mechanism and standards to ensure safe operating procedures and systems are in place and applicable to operational, engineering and maintenance related activities.
- Update own knowledge on international and industry safety best practices on an on-going basis in order to make pertinent recommendations.
- Make a detailed analysis of all operational, maintenance and new project activities with potentially significant risk, prior to commencement of the job and prepares an assessment of the risk and suggests measures to control the risk. Maintain risk profiling of the organization with monitoring mechanisms during different stages of plant operations..
- Study existing and new engineering projects and processes from a design and construction point of view, suggest and incorporate safety standards and specifications to ensure a safe working environment during the construction and operating phases.
- Provide guidelines on safety aspects prior to and during alteration and modification to existing engineering systems in order to prevent any untoward incident.
- Identify any new safety hazards likely to occur because of alteration or modification and recommend measures to control them.
- Inspect sites regularly and conduct surveys on accident-prone areas for compliance with safe working procedures and standards.
- Conduct investigation of minor incidents independently or major incidents as part of an investigation team.
- Brief team members on safety procedures and systems related to the accident, carries out the root cause analysis, and drafts the investigation report for review by management.
- Assist with the development of the awareness and training programs designed to instruct employees on Process safety issues.
- Make recommendations on and implements the department policies, and procedures covering all areas of department activity to ensure the delivery of a quality, cost-effective service to internal customers.
- Provide coaching to colleagues and shares technical expertise with peers to promote team work and cooperation within the department and with other departments.
- Ensure that all relevant safety, quality and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that safety, quality of products/services, and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
- Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
