تعلن شركة تسنى (TASNEE) عبر كيانها التابع (رصاص - Rassas) في الرياض عن فرصة وظيفية شاغرة لمسمى (مساعد سادس - إعادة تدوير رصاص - Assistant VI, Rassas Recycling).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
استقبال ومعالجة استفسارات وشكاوى العملاء غير الروتينية المتعلقة بالمنتجات والخدمات، والحفاظ على علاقة مستمرة مع العملاء الرئيسيين وموظفي المبيعات، مع إمكانية التعامل مع أسواق منتجات متعددة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كنقطة اتصال أولى للمكالمات المصعّدة من العملاء لضمان معالجة الشكاوى الروتينية.
- يكون حلقة وصل بين العملاء وموظفي المبيعات لضمان سرعة الاستجابة.
- المساعدة في البحث في شكاوى العملاء وقضاياهم المختلفة للوصول إلى حل.
- الإلمام بخطوط إنتاج الشركة وخصائص منتجاتها ومزاياها والأسواق الحالية والمبادرات المتعلقة بالسوق.
- تتبع نشاط الطلبات وتنبيه الموظفين المختصين لأي مشاكل محتملة في التسليم.
- إتمام التقارير والوثائق المطلوبة.
- متابعة الشكاوى الداخلية والخارجية.
- المشاركة في مشاريع الفريق وتحديد ومشاركة أفكار التحسين المستمر التي تعزز متطلبات العملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية أو دبلوم (أو ما يعادله).
- خبرة من 0 إلى سنتين أو أكثر في مجال مماثل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول لقيادة الشاحنة المتوسطة.
- إلمام بالمناطق الجغرافية في المناطق الغربية والوسطى والشرقية.
- مهارات القراءة والكتابة.
- ذكاء سوقي (Market Intelligence).
- التعامل مع العملاء (Deal customer).

You will be responsible for:
Degree or Diploma Level Education and qualification.
Minimum Experience:
0-2 years of experience or more in similar field.

Summary:

You will be responsible for:
- Act as first referral point for escalated customer calls to ensure the handling of routine customer complaints is met.
- Serves as a communication link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness.
- Assists with research into a variety of customer complaints and issues to obtain a resolution.
- Knowledge of company product lines, product features and attributes, existing markets and market-related initiatives.
- Tracks order activity and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.
- Completes reports and documentation as required.
- Follows up on internal and external complaints.
- Participates in team projects. Identifies and shares continuous improvement ideas that enhance customer requirements.
Degree or Diploma Level Education and qualification.
Minimum Experience:
0-2 years of experience or more in similar field.
Required Skills:
- Valid driving license to drive the medium truck
- Should know the geographical area in western, central and eastern provinces.
