نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى فني الأجهزة مسؤولية أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للأجهزة، ويجب أن يكون متمكنًا من مهارات الصيانة الوقائية واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء الصيانة الوقائية لمعدات الأجهزة.
- إصدار وإغلاق تصاريح العمل.
- استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها لمعدات الأجهزة.
- الإلمام بنظام SAP لإغلاق وتحديث أوامر العمل المسندة.
- تولي مهام القيادة كفني أول عند الحاجة.
- الالتزام بلوائح وإرشادات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة.
- مراجعة إجراءات الصيانة الوقائية لجميع المعدات المسندة.
- استخدام معايرة أجهزة الاتصال أو المرسل (hard communicator).
- المعرفة باختبار SIL (SIL testing).
- المعرفة بنظام PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في الأجهزة أو ما يعادله.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات كفني أجهزة في قطاعات البتروكيماويات والنفط والغاز.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تقنية قوية واستكشاف أخطاء في أنظمة الأجهزة والتحكم.
- اهتمام عالٍ بمعايير السلامة والجودة والامتثال.
- فعالية في العمل الجماعي ومهارات التواصل.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإكمال المهام بجودة عالية.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتفكير التحليلي.

Job Purpose
The Instrument Technician is in charge of Instrument PM’s and CM’s activities. He must be proficient in Instrumentation skills related to preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Role Responsibilities:
- Performing preventive maintenance of instrument equipment.
- Issuing and closing of work permit.
- Troubleshooting and repair of instrument equipment.
- Knowledge of SAP for closing and updating assigned work orders.
- Take leadership tasks as lead technician level if required.
- Adhere to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Review preventive maintenance procedure for all assigned equipment.
- Using hard communicator or transmitter calibration.
- Knowledge in SIL testing.
- Knowledge in PLC.
- Diploma in instrument or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience or above working as Instrument technician in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas sectors.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills in instrumentation and control systems.
- High attention to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently complete tasks to a high standard.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
