تعلن شركة Tasnee عن فرصة وظيفية شاغرة لمهندس عمليات (Process PDH Engineer) في مدينة الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم الفني لعمليات المصنع وإعداد سيناريوهات التوازن الحراري والمادي.
- تقييم عمليات المصنع وتقييم التغييرات المقترحة على التصميم، مع مراعاة الجوانب البيئية والاقتصادية.
- العمل عن كثب مع كيميائيي العمليات ومهندسي التحكم لضمان إعداد المصنع لتحقيق أقصى مستويات الإنتاج والتشغيل الفعال.
- إعداد عمليات التوسيع والتصغير بما في ذلك التغييرات المناسبة في تصميم المعدات وتكوينها.
- تقييم تصميم وتركيب وتشغيل المشاريع الجديدة، بما في ذلك متابعة التطورات واستكشاف الأخطاء.
- إجراء محاكاة العمليات، وتقييم خيارات توسعة أو إعادة تشكيل المصنع من خلال تطوير واختبار نماذج محاكاة العمليات.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- الإلمام بعمليات البتروكيماويات، وتحديدًا: Ethylene Cracker (EC)، Propane Dehydrogenation (PDH)، وعمليات المرافق (Utilities).
- إجادة قوية للغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثًا على المستوى التجاري.
- التفكير التحليلي وحل المشكلات.

Job Purpose: Process Engineer is responsible on overall monitoring and enhance various plant operations.
Role Responsibilities:

Job Purpose: Process Engineer is responsible on overall monitoring and enhance various plant operations.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide plant operations with technical inputs and support, prepare different Heat & Material balance scenarios.
- Evaluating plant process and evaluate changes proposed to design, taking environmental and economic aspects into account.
- Working closely with process chemists and control engineers to ensure the plant is setup to provide maximum output levels and efficient operation of the facility.
- Setting up scale-up and scale-down processes including appropriate changes to equipment design and configuration.
- Evaluating design, installation, and commissioning new projects, including monitoring developments and troubleshooting.
- Perform process simulations, assessing options for plant expansion or reconfiguration by developing and testing process simulation models.
- Perform risk assessments, manage cost and time constraints, provide process documentation and operating instructions, develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
- Optimizing production by analyzing processes; troubleshoot problems with manufacturing processes, evaluate equipment and processes to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, propose improved manufacturing processes and applying new technologies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 5 years experience.
- Petrochemicals process familiarization. Specifically, Ethylene Cracker (EC), Propane Dehydrogenation (PDH), Utilities processes.
- Strong command of business-level written and spoken English.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving.
