تعلن شركة تاسني (TASNEE) عبر شركة رواد (Rowad) الرائدة في تصنيع المنتجات البلاستيكية في الشرق الأوسط عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة لمسمى (Operator III, Offline - مشغل خط الإنتاج غير المباشر) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية. فترة التقديم من 21 يوليو 2026 إلى 21 أغسطس 2026.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

سيكون مشغل القص الرئيسي (Primary Slitter Operator) مسؤولاً عن تشغيل آلة القص الرئيسية لتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج بجودة متسقة وفقاً لاحتياجات العميل. يتولى السيطرة الكاملة على جميع أنشطة آلة القص الرئيسية وفقاً لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تحميل لفات المطاحن إلى آلة القص، وتجهيز الآلة وتحميل قلوب الورق (مقطوعة بالأحجام المناسبة) حسب الخطة.
  • ضمان صحة كل إعداد كما هو مطلوب في أمر شغل القص (Slitter Job Order) لتحقيق معايير الجودة ومتطلبات العميل.
  • تشغيل آلة القص بفعالية ووفقاً لمعايير السلامة.
  • فحص ومراقبة جودة اللفات التي يتم قصها ووضعها في المنطقة المخصصة للإجراءات المناسبة.
  • إجراء فحص الجودة (QC) وفقاً لمواصفات اللفة المقصوصة (أثناء وبعد الانتهاء من القص).
  • إجراء الفحص البصري مثل جودة اللف و مظهر اللفة المنتجة.
  • اختبار وتسجيل صلابة اللفة باستخدام مطرقة الاختبار (Test Hammer).
  • تفريغ اللفات المقصوصة ونقلها إلى منطقة التعبئة أو المنطقة المخصصة للمنتجات نصف المصنعة.
  • إصدار ملصق للفات المنتجة وإدخال بيانات الإنتاج في نظام أوراكل (Oracle) أو تطبيق بونفانتي (Bonfanti System Application).
  • تسجيل بيانات الإنتاج (تفاصيل المدخلات/المخرجات)، إعداد تقرير الوردية، والحفاظ على سجل يومي لأنشطة القص في الوردية.
  • الحفاظ على نظافة آلة القص ومنطقة القص.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة دبلوم.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية مع مهارات اتصال ممتازة (كتابية وشفوية).
  • معرفة بتطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس (وورد، إكسل، أوتلوك، إلخ).

An exciting opportunity is available for (Operator, Offline) based in Dammam.

Summary:

Primary Slitter Operator shall be responsible to operate the main slitter machine to meet its production target with consistent quality as per customer’s need. Effectively takes full control of all main slitter machine activities according to standard operating procedures.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Loading mill rolls to slitter, setup machine and load paper cores (cut to proper sizes) as per plan.
  • Ensures the correctness of every set-up as required by Slitter Job Order to meet quality standards and requirements of the customer.
  • Responsible for operating the slitter machine effectively and as per the safety standards.
  • Inspects and monitors the quality of rolls being slitted and place it in designated area for appropriate actions.
  • Perform QC check as per slitted roll specifications (during and after completion of slitting).
  • Conducts visual inspection such as winding quality and appearance of the roll produced.
  • Responsible for testing and recording the roll hardness using Test Hammer.
  • Responsible for unloading slitted rolls and transporting them to packing area or designated area assigned for the semi-finished goods.
  • Issue label for produced rolls and enter the production data to production Oracle / Bonfanti System Application.
  • Responsible for recording of production data (input/output details), shift report preparation & maintain logbook on shift slitting activities.
  • Maintains cleanliness of the Slitter machine and slitter area.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

  • Diploma Degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Fluency in English language with excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
