تعلن شركة TASNEE عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمسمى أخصائي أول في الدفاع الأمني لتقنية التشغيل (OT) في الجبيل، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة عمليات مراقبة وتحليل الأحداث والتنبيهات والتهديدات السيبرانية في بيئات تقنية التشغيل (OT).
- إجراء عمليات صيد متقدمة للتهديدات وتحقيقات لتحديد المخاطر الأمنية المحتملة ومؤشرات الاختراق.
- قيادة أنشطة الاستجابة للحوادث السيبرانية في OT، بما في ذلك الكشف والاحتواء والاستئصال والتعافي والتحليل ما بعد الحادثة.
- تحليل التهديدات الناشئة والثغرات والنشرات الاستشارية الصناعية لتقييم التأثير المحتمل على أصول وعمليات OT.
- التنسيق مع عمليات التشغيل والهندسة والأمن الرقمي والموردين الخارجيين لمعالجة المخاطر والحوادث السيبرانية.
- مراجعة وتحسين وصيانة تقنيات أمن OT، بما في ذلك أنظمة كشف الاختراق وأدوات مراقبة الشبكات ومنصات التحليل الأمني.
- إجراء تقييمات مخاطر الأمن السيبراني لـ OT ودعم تطوير استراتيجيات التخفيف.
- قيادة تقييم وتنفيذ الضوابط الأمنية وآليات الدفاع لشبكات وأنظمة OT.
- قيادة إدارة ومراجعة وتحسين جدران الحماية في OT، بما في ذلك حوكمة سياسات الجدران ومراجعات القواعد وضوابط التقسيم وتهيئات الوصول الآمن عن بُعد.
- مراجعة تغييرات قواعد جدران الحماية وضمان الامتثال لمعايير الأمن السيبراني والمتطلبات التشغيلية.
- تطوير وصيانة إجراءات أمن OT وسيناريوهات الاستجابة والمعايير والوثائق الفنية.
- دعم جهود الامتثال التنظيمي وعمليات التدقيق والتقييم والمراجعات السيبرانية.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني والإرشاد ونقل المعرفة لأعضاء فريق الدفاع الأمني لـ OT.
- المشاركة في مشاريع ومبادرات الأمن السيبراني لضمان النشر والتشغيل الآمنين لأنظمة OT.
- إعداد تقارير أمنية ومقاييس أداء وإحاطات إدارية حول الوضع السيبراني والمخاطر.
- دعم جهود استمرارية الأعمال والمرونة من خلال التخطيط للاستعداد والاستجابة السيبرانية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية في مجال تقني أو ما يعادلها من خبرة عمل أو تعليمية ذات صلة.
- شهادة مهنية في إدارة الأمن السيبراني مستحبة (غير إلزامية).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة متقدمة بأمن تقنية التشغيل (OT) وبيئات أنظمة التحكم الصناعي (ICS) وأنظمة الإشراف والتحكم في جمع البيانات (SCADA).
- فهم قوي لبروتوكولات الاتصالات الصناعية.
- خبرة في مراقبة أمن OT وكشف التهديدات وصيد التهديدات.
- معرفة بحلول أمن OT بما في ذلك أنظمة كشف التسلل القائمة على الشبكة (NDR) وأنظمة كشف/منع التسلل (IDS/IPS) وأنظمة إدارة الأحداث والمعلومات الأمنية (SIEM) وأدوات اكتشاف الأصول.
- خبرة في الاستجابة لحوادث OT والتحليل الجنائي والتحقيقات السيبرانية.
- فهم قوي لتقييم مخاطر OT وإدارة الثغرات.
- معرفة بأطر ومعايير الأمن السيبراني مثل ISA/IEC 62443 وNIST CSF وNIST SP 800-82 وISO 27001.
- فهم معماريّة الشبكات والتقسيم والوصول الآمن عن بُعد في بيئات OT.
- خبرة في تصميم وتنفيذ والتحقق من صحة الضوابط الأمنية.

Provides technical leadership and drives continuous improvement of OT security capabilities.
Qualification and Requirements:.
- Degree in a technology-related field, or equivalent work- or education-related experience. Professional security management certification is desirable
- +5 years of experience.
- Lead the monitoring and analysis of security events, alerts, and cyber threats within OT environments.
- Conduct advanced threat hunting and investigation activities to identify potential security risks and compromise indicators.
- Lead OT cybersecurity incident response activities, including detection, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident analysis.
- Analyze emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry advisories to assess potential impact on OT assets and operations.
- Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Digital Security, and external vendors to address cybersecurity risks and incidents.
- Review, optimize, and maintain OT security technologies, including intrusion detection systems, network monitoring tools, and security analytics platforms.
- Perform OT cybersecurity risk assessments and support the development of mitigation strategies.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of security controls and defense mechanisms for OT networks and systems.
- Lead the administration, review, and optimization of OT firewalls, including firewall policy governance, rule reviews, segmentation controls, and secure remote access configurations.
- Review firewall rule changes, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards and operational requirements.
- Develop and maintain OT security procedures, playbooks, standards, and technical documentation.
- Support regulatory compliance efforts, audits, assessments, and cybersecurity reviews.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to OT Security Defense team members.
- Participate in cybersecurity projects and initiatives to ensure secure deployment and operation of OT systems.
- Prepare security reports, performance metrics, and management briefings on cybersecurity posture and risks.
- Support business continuity and resilience efforts through cybersecurity preparedness and response planning.
- Advanced knowledge of OT cybersecurity, ICS, and SCADA environments.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols
- Experience with OT security monitoring, threat detection, and threat hunting.
- Knowledge of OT security solutions, including NDR, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and asset discovery tools.
- Expertise in OT incident response, forensic analysis, and cyber investigations.
- Strong understanding of OT risk assessment and vulnerability management.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-82, ISO 27001).
- Understanding of network architecture, segmentation, and secure remote access in OT environments.
- Experience with security control design, implementation, and validation.
