تعلن شركة تاسني (رواد)، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في تصنيع المنتجات البلاستيكية في الشرق الأوسط، عن توفر وظيفة مشغل إعادة تدوير المستوى الثالث (Operator III, Recycle Job) في منطقة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تشغيل منشأة إنتاج لعملية إعادة التدوير بطريقة آمنة ووفقًا لمتطلبات الإنتاج العامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد عيوب الجودة أثناء العملية وإبلاغ المشرف في حال وجود شك.
- تحسين الكفاءة باتباع إجراءات التشغيل القياسية.
- تحسين زمن الدورة وتقليل التكاليف.
- المشاركة الفاعلة في فريق الصيانة الوقائية للآلات.
- تجهيز الموقع لأعمال التشغيل أو الصيانة، بما في ذلك بدء التشغيل والإيقاف.
- استكشاف الأعطال البسيطة، والإبلاغ عن الأعطال/الحالة، وتسليم المهام لضمان استمرار التشغيل الآمن.
- إعداد وتقديم تقرير يومي عن إنتاجية الآلة وكفاءتها إلى المشرف.
- حفظ سجل بجميع العيوب والقطع الجيدة المنتجة خلال الوردية.
- الإبلاغ عن أي خلل في الآلة والتنسيق مع المشرف.
- المساهمة في تحسين الإنتاجية والعمليات.
- الحفاظ على النظافة العامة في منطقة العمل.
- الالتزام بمعايير الموظفين من خلال الالتزام بلوائح السلامة البيئية والسلامة والصحة المهنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة دبلوم.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في نفس المجال.
المهارات المطلوبة
- عمليات المصنع.
- عمليات التصنيع.
- السلامة التشغيلية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية مع مهارات تواصل ممتازة (كتابية وشفهية).
- معرفة تطبيقات Microsoft Office (Word، Excel، Outlook وغيرها).

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Identify quality defects during process and inform Supervisor, if in doubt
- Improve efficiency by following standard operating procedure.
- Optimize cycle time and cost reduction.
- Actively participates in team for preventive maintenance on machines.
- Prepare the site for operational or maintenance work, including start-up, shut-down.
- Minor trouble shooting, reporting malfunctions/status and handing over to ensure that a safe operation is maintained.
- Prepare and submit daily machine production and efficiency report to supervisor.
- Keep record of all defects and good parts produced in his shift.
- Report and coordinate to Supervisor of any machine abnormalities.
- Contribute in productivity and process enhancement.
- Maintain proper housekeeping in his work area.
- Follow employee standards by adhering to both environmental and Occupational Safety and Health regulations.
- Diploma degree.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the same field.
