تسعى شركة TASNEE (الصناعات الأساسية السعودية) إلى توظيف فني كهرباء (مستوى C) للعمل في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن فريق الصيانة الكهربائية تحت إشراف مشرف الكهرباء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وتخصيص وجدولة القوى العاملة لمهام الصيانة المختلفة لتحقيق أهداف الصيانة اليومية وفقاً لمعايير العمل بالشركة والصناعة.
- الاستجابة السريعة لأعمال الإصلاح الطارئة لإعادة الآلات أو المعدات المتعطلة إلى حالة التشغيل بأسرع وقت ممكن.
- مراجعة وإعادة تقييم جداول الصيانة الوقائية لجميع المعدات الموكلة بما في ذلك المحركات والمحولات ولوحات التحكم (MCC) وأجهزة UPS و VSB، ووضع جداول صيانة وقائية تفي بمواصفات الشركة المصنعة ومعايير الصناعة.
- ضمان بقاء مكان العمل نظيفاً ومرتباً وفقاً لمعايير الشركة.
- الالتزام بلوائح وإرشادات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة.
- قيادة محادثات صندوق الأدوات اليومية مع الفنيين وتسليط الضوء على أي مشكلات سلامة تتعلق بالعمل الموكَل إليهم.
- التواجد عند الطلب لتلبية المتطلبات العاجلة أو الطارئة للمصنع مثل فترة الصيانة الشاملة أو الإغلاق، واستدعاء الفنيين المناسبين لتغطية الأعمال الطارئة.
- الإلمام بأنظمة Microsoft Office و SAP.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في قسم الصيانة الكهربائية في أي صناعة كيميائية أو بتروكيماوية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- تنظيم الفنيين الأنسب لاستكشاف المشكلات الفنية وحلها وإعادة المعدات إلى حالة التشغيل الطبيعية.
- مراقبة إجراءات العمل وتطبيقها في مواقع العمل لضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة بالشركة.
- التأكد من تطبيق الشروط والإجراءات المحددة في تصريح العمل أثناء تنفيذ العمل.
- تنظيم المواد والمعدات اللازمة لتنفيذ مهام الصيانة لتحقيق أهداف الصيانة.
- ضمان التزام جميع الموظفين بالحضور في الوقت المحدد وتنفيذ مهامهم في الوقت المناسب.
- تتبع ومراقبة ساعات العمل الإضافية للموظفين لضمان تنفيذ جميع أعمال الصيانة بكفاءة وفعالية من حيث التكلفة.
- مستوى جيد من اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة وقراءة.

Job Summary:

Role responsibilities:
High school/diploma in electrical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 10 years of operational experience of working with electrical maintenance dept in any chemical / petrochemical industry.

Job Summary:

Role responsibilities:
- Plan, allocate and schedule manpower for various maintenance jobs to meet the daily maintenance objectives, in accordance with company and industry work procedure standards.
- Respond swiftly to emergency repairs to restore the failed machines or equipment to operating condition as quickly as possible.
- Review and/or re-evaluate preventive maintenance schedules for all assigned equipment including motors transformers /MCC switchgear /UPS/VSB to establish
- preventive maintenance schedule which meet manufacturer specification and industry standards.
- Ensure the workplace is always maintained clean and tidy in line with company standards.
- Adhere to HSE regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Lead daily toolbox talk with his technicians &highlight any safety issue related to the assigned work to technicians.
- Standby whenever required to meet urgent or continent requirements of the plant e.g. plant turnaround or shutdown call out suitable technician to cover emergency jobs.
- Awareness of MS office and SAP system.
High school/diploma in electrical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 10 years of operational experience of working with electrical maintenance dept in any chemical / petrochemical industry.
Skills & Competencies:
- Organise the most suitable technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical problem to restore the equipment to normal running condition.
- Monitor work procedures and deploy at work sites to ensure adherence to company quality and safety standards.
- Ensure the condition and procedures specified in the work permit are implemented during the execution of work.
- Organise materials and equipment needed to execute the maintenance jobs to meet maintenance objectives.
- Ensure that all staff are punctual at the workplace and carry out their jobs in timely manner.
- Track and control overtime worked by staff to ensure all maintenance work is carried out efficiently and cost effectively.
- Good enough of level of English speaking /writing and reading.
