شركة Tasnee، أول شركة صناعية مساهمة مملوكة بالكامل للقطاع الخاص في المملكة العربية السعودية، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مهندس حماية من الحرائق (Engineer, Fire) في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير ومراجعة وتنفيذ جميع سياسات وإجراءات مكافحة الحرائق وفقاً لمعيار الحماية من الحرائق في Tasnee، ومعايير NFPA، والتشريعات المحلية (توجيهات HCIS SAF).
  • توجيه والمشاركة في تخطيط الاستجابة للطوارئ وفقاً للخطة المسبقة لطوارئ الحرائق.
  • مراجعة تقارير الحرائق (تقرير المشرف اليومي، تقرير الجاهزية، إلخ) وتحديد الإجراءات المطلوبة، وتسهيل التقدم وتقديم التغذية الراجعة إلى جهات ضمان الحرائق المعنية.
  • المشاركة في جميع تقييمات مخاطر الحرائق، وإدارة تغيير (MOC)، والتحقيقات.
  • التواصل مع جميع أقسام الإنتاج وتحديد المتطلبات للحفاظ على معدات الوقاية من الحرائق.
  • دعم فريق الحرائق أثناء الإنذار وتوفير الدعم الفني المطلوب في موقع الطوارئ.
  • إعداد جميع التقارير التي تظهر حالة جميع معدات الوقاية من الحرائق.
  • التواصل (عند الحاجة) مع Tasnee وJAMA'A وجميع الصناعات البتروكيماوية في الجبيل بخصوص قضايا معدات الحرائق، والمقارنة المرجعية، إلخ.
  • تنسيق أنشطة الصيانة المتعلقة بمنشأة ومعدات محطة الإطفاء باستخدام توجيهات HCIS SAF.
  • التنبيه لأي نقص في نظام الحرائق والغاز وتقديم خطة حل.
  • تحليل البيانات ومراجعة التقارير وتقديم خطط عمل لتحسين أداء الحرائق.
  • ضمان الامتثال لبرامج الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لمعدات الحرائق وشاحنات الإطفاء.
  • تقييم والحفاظ على سجلات الفحص والاختبار والصيانة وفقاً للمتطلبات.
  • تقديم التقييمات الفنية المطلوبة للعقود والمشاريع.
  • مراجعة ومعالجة الحزم المتعلقة بمشاريع الحرائق للحصول على موافقة HCIS.
  • مراجعة وتعزيز وتسهيل IMRS16 وضمان الامتثال الكامل.
  • إنشاء وصيانة كيانات SAP لمعدات الاستجابة للطوارئ.
  • تقديم التدريب على الحرائق وفقاً لخطة التدريب على الكفاءات.
  • تغطية مسؤوليات ضابط سلامة الحرائق أثناء غيابه.
  • مراجعة وتحديث إجراءات قسم الحرائق.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الحرائق أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المجال الصناعي كمهندس حماية من الحرائق.
  • الحصول على شهادات: Firefighter - Level II، Hazmat، Rescue.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات التحقيق في الحوادث.
  • الكفاءة في استخدام Microsoft Word وExcel وPowerPoint.
  • مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة.
  • فهم العمليات الوظيفية للمصنع / القسم.
  • القدرة على تحديد الفجوات والمواضيع المشتركة المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة والأمن (EHSS).
  • القدرة على تصنيف مستويات المخاطر الأولية.
  • القدرة على تصنيف فئات الحوادث.

Job Summary:

Maintain all plants firefighting equipment and systems in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). Provide all required technical supports as needed for fire team to perform inspection and testing of emergency response equipment and to control the emergencies.

Role responsibilities:

    • Develop, review, and implement all firefighting policies and procedures in accordance with Tasnee Fire Protection Standard, NFPA codes and any local legislation ( HCIS SAF directives )
    • Directs and participates in planning of emergency response, as per fire emergency pre-plan.
    • Review fire reports (daily supervisor report, fitness report … etc) and determine required actions and facilitate progress and provide feedback to fire assurance/concern parties.
    • Participate with all fire Risk Assessment, MOC and Investigations.
    • Communicate with all Productions department’s and ascertain the requirements to maintain fire precaution equipment.
    • Support fire team during alarm and provide all required technical support at the scene of emergency.
    • Prepare all reports showing the status of all fire precaution equipment.
    • Communicate “whenever needed” with Tasnee, JAMA’A and all petrochemical industries of Jubail with regards to fire equipment issues, benchmarking, etc.
    • Coordinate maintenance activities related to fire station facility and equipment, using HCIS SAF directives.
    • Alert for any deficiencies on fire and gas system and provide resolution plan.
    • Analyze data, review the reports and provide action plans to improve fire performance.
    • Ensure the PM/CM compliance with fire equipment and fire trucks.
    • Evaluate and maintain inspection, testing and maintenance records as per requirement.
    • Provide required technical evaluations for contracts and projects.
    • Review and proceed with the packages related to fire projects to obtain HCIS approval
    • Review, enhance and facilitate IMRS16 and ensure full compliance.
    • Create and maintain the SAP entities for emergency response equipment.
    • Deliver fire training as per competency training plan.
    • Cover Fire SI responsibilities during his absence.
    • Review and update fire section procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Fire Engineering or Equivalent Degree

Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial as Fire Protection Engineer, with certification in:

    • Firefighter - Level II
    • Hazmat
    • Rescue
Skills and Competencies:

    • Incident Investigation skills
    • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent Organizational skills.
    • Understanding of department plant / functional process.
    • Ability to recognize EHSS related gaps & common themes.
    • Ability to categorize preliminary risk levels.
    • Ability to classify incidents categories.
