تعلن شركة تَسني (TASNEE) عبر شركتها التابعة تالدين (Taldeen) عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة بمسمى (Officer VII, Taldeen Safety) في مدينة حائل. تقدم تالدين حلولاً صناعية بلاستيكية B2B متخصصة، وتضم مجمعاً إنتاجياً ضخماً بمساحة تزيد عن 100,000 م². هذه الوظيفة مسؤولة عن المساعدة في شؤون السلامة والصحة والبيئة في موقع صغير أو نوبة عمل واحدة، وضمان جاهزية موارد السلامة والأمن والحماية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة متابعة تقارير التحقيق النهائية في الموقع، وصيانة مكتبة العبارات وأوراق بيانات سلامة المواد (MSDS).
- صيانة وثائق الصحة والسلامة والبيئة البسيطة: الإجراءات والأدلة والنماذج والسجلات.
- المساعدة في تسهيل البرامج التدريبية ذات الصلة وتقديم محاضرات فصلية واختبارات للمجموعات والأفراد.
- المشاركة في تقييمات المخاطر ومراجعات العمل لتحديد ومنع مخاطر الصحة والسلامة والبيئة تحت الإشراف.
- إعداد التقارير والبيانات والرسوم البيانية والسجلات المطلوبة باستخدام نظام الحاسوب، مثل التقارير اليومية والشهرية.
- المساعدة في تنسيق عمليات التفتيش على الصحة والسلامة والبيئة ومتابعة الأقسام لضمان تنفيذ التوصيات.
- ضمان فحص معدات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وصيانتها ومعايرتها وفقاً لمواصفات الشركة المصنعة.
- القيام برصد الامتثال وقياس مؤشرات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الرئيسية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم أو الهندسة في مجال السلامة والبيئة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في نفس المجال.
المهارات المطلوبة
- التحليل وحل المشكلات.
- سلامة وصحة الموظفين.
- السلامة التشغيلية.
- الاستجابة للطوارئ.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثاً) مع مهارات تواصل ممتازة.

Summary:
Assist with Safety, health and environmental concerns on a small plant or platform or on any one shift. Ensure the safety, security and fi re protection resources of the plant or platform are functional at all times. Work within standard instruction and procedures.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Manage follow up on final site investigation reports, maintains the phrase library and MSDS.
- Maintain simple HSE documentation; HSE procedures, manuals, guidance documents and records.
- Assist in facilitating related training programs and conduct classroom lectures and testing for groups and individual.
- Participate in risk assessments and job reviews to identify and prevent HSE hazards with supervision.
- Generate reports, data, graphs and records as required using the computer system such as daily and monthly reports.
- Assist in the coordination of HSE inspections and follows up with departments to ensure recommendations are implemented.
- Ensure HSE equipment is inspected, maintained and calibrated according to manufacturer specifications.
- Undertake compliance monitoring and measurements of key HSE parameters.
- Bachelor’s Degree sciences or engineering in safety and environment field.
- Minimum of 2 year experience in the same field.
