تعلن شركة TASNEE (عبر شركة AMICTOHO TITANIUM METAL Company) عن توفر وظيفة مهندس الموثوقية (Engineer, Reliability) في ينبع، المملكة العربية السعودية. فترة التقديم تبدأ من 14 يونيو 2026 وتنتهي في 14 يوليو 2026.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
دعم الهدف المتمثل في ضمان بقاء الأصول الثابتة صالحة للغرض حتى نهاية العمر الافتراضي المتوقع، من خلال تقديم الدعم الفني وتطوير استراتيجية سلامة المعدات. تشمل المهام إجراء تحليل قائم على المخاطر (RBI) لجميع معدات مصانع AMIC-TOHO، وقيادة وتسهيل تحليل RBI في الشركة، والعمل كنقطة محورية لجميع أنشطة RBI، وضمان تنفيذ وفعالية توصيات RBI، وتحديث جميع التحليلات لتحقيق مؤشرات أداء الموثوقية (KPI) للشركة، وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات في الموثوقية وتقييم التقنيات الجديدة لتحسين موثوقية أصول المصنع باستمرار.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة أداء الأصول، توقع أعطال المعدات ومعالجتها بشكل استباقي من خلال استراتيجية فعالة للمعدات.
- إجراء التحقيقات وتحليل الأعطال لتحديد سبب العطل وتطوير التوصيات المناسبة لضمان مستوى أمثل من السلامة.
- الدراسة الفنية والتنسيق مع قسمي الفحص والتشغيل بخصوص أي عطل أو انهيار غير متوقع للمعدات الثابتة.
- المشاركة في تطوير ومراجعة وتحديث استراتيجية سلامة المعدات الثابتة مثل RBI و RCM أو أي منهجية أخرى تتبعها الإدارة.
- التقييم الفني للمشاريع (الجديدة / المراجعة) من خلال ضمان معالجة مشاكل التآكل / المواد المحتملة بتوازن مناسب بين المتطلبات الفنية والتجارية.
- المشاركة في فريق أو ورشة عمل مثل RCA, RCM, PHA, MOC Committee وغيرها.
- تطوير وصيانة إجراءات الجودة للتدقيق الصحي للمعدات الثابتة وخطوط الأنابيب والتحضير لعمليات التدقيق. جمع وإعداد ومراجعة واستخدام البيانات الفنية المتعلقة بالمعدات الثابتة في المصنع.
- دراسة حلقات التآكل للمعدات وخطوط الأنابيب المرتبطة لمعرفة آلية التدهور المحتملة.
- ضمان فعالية مخرجات دراسات RBI وإجراء مراجعة وتصحيح دوري لجميع الدعم المرتبط بمنهجية RBI لتحقيق نتائج هادفة تتوافق مع أهداف الشركة.
- التحسين المستمر ونشر ثقافة الموثوقية في الشركة من خلال المراقبة المستمرة لمؤشرات أداء الموثوقية وتنفيذ مهام خاصة لتحسين / إظهار / توجيه الأفراد، وإجراء مسوحات كمية موضوعية، ورفع الاحتياجات التدريبية بالتنسيق مع المعنيين.
- تعزيز ثقافة الموثوقية و RBI في AMIC-TOHO لأقسام الصيانة والتشغيل والمشاريع والإدارات الأخرى ذات الصلة من خلال التوعية المتكررة.
- الدراسة الفنية ومراقبة تشغيل المعدات ودراسة التحسين.
- إجراءات استباقية لضمان سلامة وتوفر المعدات للغرض المقصود.
- تحديد المعدات الثابتة وخطوط الأنابيب ذات الأداء الضعيف (bad actors) وإجراء التحليل المناسب واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- إعداد الخطة السنوية / الرئيسية لبرنامج تحليل RBI لمعدات المصنع.
- تقديم عروض للإدارة من المستخدم الرئيسي لتحليل RBI ونتائجه.
- الالتزام ببرنامج السلامة الميكانيكية الشامل للمعدات (متطلبات قانونية).
- القدرة على إجراء تقييم حساسية الأصول. مهارات تحليلية واستكشاف الأخطاء قوية.
- الإلمام بنظام صيانة SAP، والقدرة على استخراج البيانات وتحليلها وحساب MTTR و MTBF.
- الإلمام ببرنامج إدارة أداء الأصول "APM".
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعدنية / الميكانيكية / التآكل أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة استخدام MS Office وبرامج الموثوقية ذات الصلة (مثل SAP, Meridiam, RCA software).
- مهارات تواصل وتنسيق جيدة.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل ومنهجية عمل منظمة.
- القدرة على تنظيم وإكمال التدقيق الصحي للمعدات الثابتة وخطوط الأنابيب بشكل مستقل.
- المعرفة بـ MERIDIUM أو أي قاعدة بيانات مشابهة، مع مهارات التيسير (ميزة إضافية).
- إجادة الأساليب الإحصائية لتحليل البيانات الكبيرة.
- القدرة على العمل كقائد فريق من خلال المهارات والخبرة.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق أقصى إنتاجية.
- معرفة آليات التآكل والتلف في درجات الحرارة العالية.

You will be responsible for:

- Monitoring assets performance, predicting equipment failures & proactively address through effective equipment strategy.
- Carry out investigations and failure analysis to pinpoint failure & develop suitable recommendations that will ensure optimum level of integrity.
- Technical study & coordination with inspection & operation related to any unexpected failure / breakdown of stationary equipment.
- Get familiar / involved with development, review and update of fixed equipment integrity strategy like RBI and RCM or any other methodology followed by the department.
- Technical evaluation on (new / review) projects by ensuring potential corrosion / materials issues are addressed with an appropriate balance of technical and business requirements
- Participate in a team or workshop like RCA, RCM, PHA, MOC Committee etc.
- Develop & maintain Quality procedures for health audits of stationary equipment & pipelines & prepare for audits. Collection, preparation, review and utilization of technical data related to plant stationary Equipment’s.
- Study Corrosion Loops for equipment and associated piping to know the potential degradation-mechanism.
- Ensure the effectiveness of RBI studies output and make periodically revision & correction for all RBI methodology related supports to achieve the meaningful results aligned with company objectives.
- Continuous improvement and induction of Reliability culture in the company through continuous monitoring of Reliability KPIs of company, carrying out special tasks to improve / demonstrate / personnel orientation / Objective quantitative personnel surveys and raising training need with their coordination.
- Enhance the culture of Reliability RBI in AMIC-TOHO for Maintenance, Operations, Project and other related departments through frequent awareness.
- Technical study, monitor equipment operation & enhancement study.
- Proactive actions to ensure equipment’s integrity and availability for the intended purpose.
- Identify the stationary equipment & pipelines related bad actors, perform relevant analysis and come forth with remedial measures.
- Annual / Master Plan preparation for RBI analyses program for plant equipment’s.
- Management presentation from power user for RBI Analysis and its outcome.
- Meeting overall Equipment Mechanical Integrity program (Meeting with Legal requirement).
- Ability to perform asset criticality assessment. Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
- Familiar with SAP plant maintenance module, has the capabilities to extract data, analyze, calculate MTTR and MTBF.
- Familiar with asset performance management software “APM”.
Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical/Mechanical/Corrosion Engineering or Equivalent.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office and Reliability-related software (e.g., SAP, Meridiam, RCA software).

- Knowledge of MERIDIUM or any such database with facilitator skills is added advantage.
