Safety Officer Job at RISAL Saudi Arabia. RISAL is seeking an experienced Safety Officer to join its operations in Jubail. The ideal candidate will hold recognized safety certifications such as OSHA, IOSH, or NEBOSH and have a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in industrial cleaning, waste management, or similar high-risk environments. Knowledge of Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, or NEOM procedures is a strong advantage.

Job Purpose

The Safety Officer will develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive safety program tailored to the specific hazards associated with RISAL's services. This role requires a proactive professional who can work closely with operations teams, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and ensure full compliance with KSA safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive safety program aligned with the hazards of RISAL's industrial services
• Conduct thorough risk assessments in collaboration with the RISAL operations team across various client sites
• Investigate all workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses promptly and thoroughly
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans for different scenarios within RISAL operations
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant KSA regulations and industry standards
• Communicate safety policies, procedures, and requirements effectively to all employees
• Support supervisors with toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Proactively identify opportunities for improving safety performance
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Recognized safety and health certifications (OSHA, IOSH, or NEBOSH)
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a safety role
• Preferably 5 to 7 years of experience in industrial cleaning services or waste management operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong proficiency in English language
• Strong knowledge of KSA safety regulations and industry standards

• Experience with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, or NEOM procedures
• Diploma in Safety or a related field
