نبذة عن الوظيفة
ستعمل كمسؤول سلامة ميداني لعمليات المنبع (upstream) في قطاعات الهندسة البترولية والاستكشاف والحفر والإصلاح والموارد غير التقليدية والعمليات الزلزالية، وذلك في المنشآت البرية والبحرية للمملكة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطبيق وإدارة نظام إدارة السلامة (SMS) التابع لشركة Saudi Aramco في عمليات الحفر والإصلاح.
- تفتيش منصات الحفر البرية والبحرية ومعدات الإصلاح والمرافق المساندة.
- تطبيق معرفة متعمقة بمعدات وإجراءات التحكم في الآبار (حضور دورة أساسيات التحكم بالآبار مطلوب).
- تحديد وتقييم وتخفيف المخاطر الحرجة (العمل على الارتفاع، LOTO، تصاريح العمل، H2S، دخول الأماكن المغلقة، الحفريات).
- إجراء دراسات تحليل المخاطر (PHA، HAZOP، JSA) ومراجعات الامتثال وتحقيقات الحوادث ومسوحات التأمين.
- تطوير ومراجعة معايير وإجراءات السلامة لعمليات المنبع.
- مراجعة تصاميم مرافق حقول النفط والغاز للتأكد من توافقها مع معايير HSE للشركة والصناعة.
- تطوير ودعم خطط الاستجابة للطوارئ (ERP) وحضور التدريبات كمراقب.
- الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ والحوادث خلال ساعات العمل وخارجها.
- التحقيق في جميع الحوادث وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية لمنع التكرار.
- تقديم تدريب في مجال Loss Prevention للموظفين والمقاولين والأطراف الخارجية.
- إرشاد الموظفين المبتدئين في قسم HSE و Loss Prevention.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في أي تخصص هندسي.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في قطاع المنبع للنفط والغاز (بصفة مسؤول HSE، مهندس سلامة حفر، Loss Prevention أو ما يعادل ذلك)، تشمل عمليات الحفر والإصلاح، تخطيط الآبار، إدارة المكامن، الجيولوجيا والجيوفيزياء، إدارة مشاريع مرافق المنبع، تطوير حقول النفط والغاز، SIMOPS، وتفتيش سلامة المنصات البرية والبحرية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة تقنية متعمقة بإجراءات التحكم في الآبار.
- خبرة في تفتيش سلامة الحفارات والمراجعات الإدارية.
- القدرة على تطوير برامج السلامة وتخطيط الاستجابة للطوارئ.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية (كتابةً وتحدثاً) وإعداد التقارير وتقديمها للإدارة.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the Saudi Aramco Safety Management System (SMS) across drilling and workover operations
- Inspect onshore and offshore drilling rigs, workover equipment, and support facilities
- Apply in-depth knowledge of well control equipment and procedures (Basic Well Control School attendance required)
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate critical safety risks including work at height, LOTO/isolation, permit-to-work, H2S, confined space entry, and excavations
- Conduct PHAs, HAZOPs, JSAs, compliance reviews, incident investigations, and insurance surveys
- Develop and review corporate safety standards and procedures for upstream operations
- Review oil and gas field facility designs for compliance with company and industry HSE standards
- Develop and support Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) and attend emergency drills as observer
- Respond to emergency situations and incidents during and outside regular working hours
- Investigate all incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Deliver Loss Prevention training to employees, contractors, and external parties
- Mentor junior HSE and loss prevention personnel
- Degree: Bachelor's in any Engineering discipline
- Experience: 7+ years in upstream oil and gas (HSE officer, drilling safety, loss prevention, or equivalent) covering drilling & workover operations, well planning, reservoir management, geology and geophysics, upstream facility project management, oil and gas field development, SIMOPS, and offshore/onshore rig safety inspections
- Technical Knowledge: Well control procedures, rig safety inspections, managerial audits, safety programme development, emergency response planning
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication; ability to produce clear reports and present to management
