تقوم معادن بتعيين قائد متخصص، مهندس معماري للأمن السيبراني II لتعزيز قدرات الأمن السيبراني للمؤسسة عبر عملياتها الدولية المتعددة. هذا الدور مسؤول عن تصميم وإدارة البنية المعمارية للأمن السيبراني للمؤسسة، وضمان التحول الرقمي الآمن، وحماية البنية التحتية الحيوية لتقنية المعلومات وأنظمة الأعمال. سيعمل المرشح الناجح عن كثب مع فرق التقنية والبنية التحتية والأعمال لوضع معايير الأمن السيبراني، وتقييم تقنيات الأمن الجديدة، وإدارة مخاطر الأمن، ودعم المبادرات الرقمية واسعة النطاق عبر عمليات معادن العالمية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وتنفيذ البنية المعمارية للأمن السيبراني للمؤسسة بما يتماشى مع أهداف الأعمال.
  • تطوير خرائط طريق ومعايير وأفضل الممارسات المعمارية للأمن السيبراني.
  • مراجعة البنية الأمنية للمشاريع الكبرى ومبادرات التحول الرقمي والتوسعات التجارية.
  • تحديد ضوابط الأمن للبنية التحتية للمؤسسة والتطبيقات والأصول الرقمية.
  • تقييم والتوصية ودعم تنفيذ حلول الأمن السيبراني الجديدة.
  • إجراء تقييمات مخاطر الأمن السيبراني وتحليلات تأثير الأمن.
  • الحفاظ على أطر العمل والسياسات والمعايير الفنية للبنية المعمارية للأمن السيبراني.
  • المشاركة في حوكمة التقنية ومجالس مراجعة البنية المعمارية.
  • تقديم التوجيه الفني لفرق المشاريع بشأن البنية المعمارية للأمن السيبراني.
  • مراقبة تقنيات الأمن السيبراني الناشئة والتوصية بالتحسينات.
  • توجيه المتخصصين في الأمن السيبراني وتقديم القيادة الفنية عبر الفريق.
  • التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة لتعزيز الوضع الأمني العام للمؤسسة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الأمن السيبراني أو تقنية المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو هندسة الحاسب أو نظم المعلومات الإدارية أو مجال ذي صلة. (درجة الدراسات العليا أو المتقدمة تعتبر ميزة إضافية)
  • خبرة مهنية تتراوح بين 5-8 سنوات في الأمن السيبراني أو أمن المعلومات أو تقنية المعلومات المؤسسية.
  • خبرة في تصميم البنى الأمنية للمؤسسات وتنفيذ أطر الأمن السيبراني.
  • فهم قوي لحوكمة الأمن وإدارة المخاطر وبيئات التقنية المؤسسية.
  • خبرة في دعم التحول الرقمي للمؤسسات ومبادرات أمن السحابة.

Job Overview

Maaden is hiring a Lead Specialist, Cybersecurity Architect II to strengthen its enterprise cybersecurity capabilities across multiple international operations. This role is responsible for designing and managing the organization's cybersecurity architecture, ensuring secure digital transformation, and protecting critical IT infrastructure and business systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with technology, infrastructure, and business teams to establish cybersecurity standards, evaluate new security technologies, manage security risks, and support large-scale digital initiatives across Maaden's global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enterprise cybersecurity architecture aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop cybersecurity roadmaps, standards, and architectural best practices.
  • Review security architecture for major projects, digital transformation initiatives, and business expansions.
  • Define security controls for enterprise infrastructure, applications, and digital assets.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of new cybersecurity solutions.
  • Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and security impact analyses.
  • Maintain cybersecurity architecture frameworks, policies, and technical standards.
  • Participate in technology governance and architecture review boards.
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams on cybersecurity architecture.
  • Monitor emerging cybersecurity technologies and recommend improvements.
  • Mentor cybersecurity professionals and provide technical leadership across the team.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.

  • 5-8 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, information security, or enterprise IT.
