At Mnzil, marketing is about telling compelling stories, building meaningful connections, and driving growth. As we continue expanding across Saudi Arabia, we’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing ideas to life.

As a Marketing Associate, you will support the execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives, helping strengthen Mnzil’s brand presence and drive engagement across our audiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams while taking ownership of projects and contributing fresh ideas that make an impact.

• Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns
• Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials
• Manage and monitor social media channels, engaging with our community and tracking performance
• Support email marketing initiatives, including newsletters and automated workflows
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with design, product, sales, and operations teams to support business initiatives
• Maintain marketing calendars and ensure projects are delivered on time

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Experience in a startup or agency environment is a strong plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
• Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics dashboards
• Basic experience with design tools such as Canva is a plus
