شركة الجميح للطاقة والمياه (AEW) توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة بمسمى مدير أول مالي (Sr. Manager Corporate Finance) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل تحت إشراف رئيس قسم المالية المؤسسية لدعم أنشطة التمويل وإدارة العلاقات المصرفية وحافظة الديون والعمليات المالية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم تنفيذ معاملات التمويل المؤسسي عبر كيانات الشركة
  • التنسيق مع المقرضين والبنوك والمستشارين ووكالات التصنيف الائتماني والمستشارين القانونيين
  • المساعدة في مراجعة مقترحات التمويل وأوراق الشروط ووثائق التسهيلات
  • مراقبة التسهيلات وجداول السداد والامتثال للشروط
  • دعم عملية التصنيف الائتماني
  • الحفاظ على قواعد بيانات التمويل وجداول الديون ووثائق التسهيلات
  • إدارة العلاقات اليومية مع البنوك
  • تنسيق طلبات المعلومات والتجديدات والتعديلات من المقرضين
  • تتبع استخدام التسهيلات والتسعير والحدود ومتطلبات التجديد
  • دعم التخطيط للسيولة النقدية لمعاملات التمويل المؤسسي
  • إدارة تنفيذ مدفوعات التمويل المؤسسي
  • مراقبة الحسابات البنكية لضمان توفر الأموال الكافية للوفاء بالتزامات التمويل في الوقت المحدد
  • ضمان إصدار وتجديد سندات العطاءات وسندات الأداء وخطابات الاعتماد في الوقت المناسب
  • إدارة إدارة تسهيلات القروض المؤقتة لحقوق الملكية (Equity Bridge Loan)
  • الحفاظ على تقارير التعرض المالي وجداول الديون
  • تحديث حزم معلومات المقرضين (بما في ذلك إجراءات اعرف عميلك KYC)
  • دعم التحليل المالي المتعلق بمبادرات التمويل

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو الاقتصاد أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة
  • الشهادات المهنية مثل SOCPA أو CFA أو CTP تعتبر ميزة
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التمويل المؤسسي أو الخزانة أو الخدمات المصرفية للشركات أو إدارة الائتمان أو المؤسسات المالية
  • يفضل الخبرة السابقة في مجال البنية التحتية أو الطاقة أو المرافق أو تمويل المشاريع أو شركات القابضة
  • الكفاءات الأساسية: التعاون والتواصل، المرونة، الصلابة، المبادرة، القدرة على التكيف
  • الكفاءات الفنية: التفكير الاستراتيجي، التوجه نحو النتائج، إدارة أصحاب المصلحة، إدارة وتوثيق الديون، التحليل المالي وإعداد التقارير، إدارة الخزانة والتدفقات النقدية، التمويل الإسلامي

Overview

Support the Head of Corporate Finance in managing financing activities, banking relationships, debt portfolio administration, corporate finance operations and strategic financing initiatives across AEW entities.

Requirements

Job Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)

Financing & Debt Management

  • Support execution of corporate finance transactions across AEW entities
  • Coordinate with lenders, banks, advisors, rating agencies and legal counsel
  • Assist in reviewing financing proposals, term sheets and facility documentation
  • Monitor facilities, repayment schedules and covenant compliance
  • Support credit rating exercise
  • Maintain financing databases, debt schedules and facility documentation

Banking Relationship Management

  • Maintain day-to-day relationships with banks
  • Coordinate lender information requests, renewals and amendments
  • Track facility utilization, pricing, limits and renewal requirements

CF Operations

  • Support liquidity planning for CF transactions
  • Manage execution of CF payments
  • Monitor bank accounts to ensure availability of sufficient funds to meet CF obligations in a timely manner
  • Ensure timely issuance and renewal of bid bonds, performance bonds and LCs
  • Manage administration of Equity Bridge Loan facilities

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Maintain corporate finance exposure reports and debt schedules
  • Keep up to date lender information packs (including KYC)
  • Support financial analysis related to financing initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline. Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CFA or CTP preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Corporate Banking, Credit Admin or Financial Institutions. Experience within infrastructure, energy, utilities, project finance, or holding company environments is preferred
