شركة الجُميح للطاقة والمياه تعلن عن وظيفة مشغل ميداني في القصيم (الشماسية)، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

تشغيل ومراقبة التوربينات الغازية والتوربينات البخارية ومولدات البخار لاستعادة الحرارة (HRSG) والأنظمة المساعدة وفقًا للإجراءات المحددة وبروتوكولات السلامة.
إجراء فحوصات دورية للمعدات لضمان السلامة التشغيلية والأداء الأمثل.
اتباع جميع لوائح الصحة والسلامة والالتزام بسياسات الشركة، وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة بين زملاء المشغلين.
المشاركة في تدريبات السلامة والدورات التدريبية للحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من الوعي بممارسات السلامة.
دعم عمليات العزل المحلية والامتثال لنظام تصريح العمل (Permit to Work).
الإبلاغ عن حوادث السلامة.
العمل كعضو في فريق الاستجابة للطوارئ.
مراقبة المعايير التشغيلية باستخدام الأجهزة المحلية ولوحات التحكم وأنظمة جمع البيانات، وضمان تشغيل المعدات ضمن الحدود المحددة.
الإبلاغ عن أي خلل أو انحراف إلى مشغل غرفة التحكم (CRO) أو مشرف الوردية في الوقت المناسب.
المساعدة في إجراءات بدء التشغيل والإيقاف للتوربينات الغازية ومولدات البخار والتوربينات البخارية والأنظمة الأخرى وفقًا للبروتوكولات التشغيلية المحددة.
تنفيذ إجراءات الطوارئ حسب الحاجة استجابة للإنذارات أو الاضطرابات التشغيلية.
التعاون الوثيق مع فريق غرفة التحكم، وتبادل الحالة التشغيلية في الوقت الفعلي وتلقي التعليمات حسب الحاجة.
المشاركة الفعالة في تحديد العيوب وتسجيلها، وتسليم الورديات، وضمان نقل جميع المعلومات ذات الصلة حول الظروف التشغيلية.
أداء مهام الصيانة الروتينية حسب التوجيهات، بما في ذلك تنظيف وتزييت المعدات.
إجراء فحوصات بصرية، وفحص مستويات السوائل، وإجراء تعديلات طفيفة للحفاظ على التشغيل الفعال.
الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للأنشطة التشغيلية وحالة المعدات والحوادث في سجلات التشغيل أو دفتر اليومية أو الأنظمة المحوسبة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

الحصول على شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ يفضل دبلوم أو درجة في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الصناعية.
خبرة لا تقل عن [X] سنوات في تشغيل محطات الطاقة، مع خبرة محددة في تشغيل التوربينات الغازية ويفضل طرازات Siemens.
فهم تقني لدورة التوليد المركبة، وتشغيل التوربينات، والأنظمة والتقنيات ذات الصلة.
القدرة على العمل في بيئة صناعية صعبة، بما في ذلك التعرض لدرجات حرارة عالية وضوضاء وآلات دوارة.

Equipment Operation:
Operate and monitor gas turbines, steam turbines, heat recovery steam generators (HRSG), and auxiliary systems according to established procedures and safety protocols
Perform regular inspections of equipment to ensure operational integrity and optimal performance
Safety and Compliance:
Follow all health and safety regulations, adhere to company policies, and promote a culture of safety among fellow operators
Participate in safety drills and training sessions to maintain a high level of awareness regarding safety practices
Support in local isolations and Permit to Work compliance
Safety Incident reporting
Work as Emergency Response team member
Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor operational parameters using local instruments, control panels and data acquisition systems, ensuring that equipment operates within specified limits
Report any anomalies or deviations to the Control Room Operator (CRO) or Shift Supervisor in a timely manner
Start-Up and Shutdown Procedures:
Assist in the start-up and shutdown of gas turbines, HRSGs, STs and other plant systems, following established operational protocols
Execute emergency procedures as necessary in response to alarms or operational disturbances
Coordination with Control Room:
Collaborate closely with the control room team, communicating real-time operational status and receiving instructions as required
Actively participate in defect identification and recording, shift handovers, ensuring that all relevant information about operational conditions is conveyed
Routine Maintenance and Inspection:
Perform routine maintenance tasks as directed, including cleaning and lubrication of equipment
Conduct visual inspections, check fluid levels, and perform minor adjustments to maintain efficient operation
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of operational activities, equipment status, and incidents in log sheets, logbooks or computerized systems
Provide input for operational reports and participate in analysis of operational data to identify trends or issues
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and recommend opportunities for improving operational efficiency and reliability
Engage in training and development programs to enhance technical skills related to Siemens gas turbines and power plant operations

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering is preferred
Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in power plant operations, with specific experience in operating gas turbines, preferably Siemens models
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of combined cycle power generation, turbine operation, and related systems and technologies

Skills:

Proficient in the use of monitoring and control systems relevant to power generation
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and operational integrity
Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with control room operators and maintenance personnel

Physical Requirements:
