شركة Aljomaih Energy and Water Company تعلن عن وظيفة كيميائي (Chemist) في القصيم الشماسية، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة برامج معالجة المياه لمياه التبريد، مياه تغذية الغلايات، ومعالجة مياه الصرف الصحي، مع ضمان الامتثال للمعايير الصناعية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
  • إجراء اختبارات وتحليلات منتظمة لجودة المياه لمراقبة مستويات pH، الموصلية الكهربائية، القلوية، وغيرها من الخصائص الكيميائية، وإجراء التعديلات اللازمة على عمليات المعالجة.
  • إجراء تحليلات كيميائية كمية ونوعية على عينات مختلفة، بما في ذلك الوقود ومواد التشحيم وسوائل العمليات، للحفاظ على ظروف التشغيل المثلى.
  • تطوير والتحقق من صحة إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) للتحليلات المخبرية والاختبارات الكيميائية.
  • إدارة شراء وتخزين ومناولة جميع المواد الكيميائية المستخدمة في المحطة، مع ضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة والإرشادات البيئية.
  • الحفاظ على مخزون كافٍ من جميع المواد الاستهلاكية الكيميائية (المواد الكيميائية السائبة والدقيقة، الزجاجيات، إلخ) ومعدات الجرعات والاختبار في المحطة، لضمان التوفر في الوقت المناسب وخدمات مخبرية غير متقطعة.
  • تتبع وتوثيق استخدام المواد الكيميائية والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمخزون.
  • الالتزام بجميع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة ذات الصلة.
  • ضمان امتثال جميع العمليات الكيميائية وممارسات إدارة النفايات للوائح والمعايير البيئية.
  • إعداد التقارير والوثائق المطلوبة لعمليات التدقيق البيئي والجهات التنظيمية.
  • التعاون الوثيق مع فرق التشغيل والصيانة والهندسة لتقديم رؤى وتوصيات كيميائية لتحسين أداء المحطة وموثوقيتها.
  • المشاركة في جهود استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية (RCAs) المتعلقة بالقضايا الكيميائية التي تؤثر على عمليات المحطة.
  • تعزيز ثقافة سلامة قوية داخل المحطة، وضمان التزام جميع ممارسات المناولة الكيميائية والمخبرية ببروتوكولات السلامة.
  • تقديم التدريب والتوجيه لموظفي المحطة حول السلامة الكيميائية وإجراءات المناولة والممارسات البيئية.
  • البقاء على اطلاع دائم بالتطورات في العمليات والتقنيات الكيميائية التي يمكن أن تعزز كفاءة المحطة والأداء البيئي.
  • إجراء أبحاث لتطوير طرق معالجة كيميائية محسنة وعمليات.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لجميع التحليلات المخبرية، استخدام المواد الكيميائية، فحوصات الامتثال، والنتائج.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الكيمياء، علوم البيئة، الهندسة الكيميائية أو مجال ذي صلة. يُفضل درجة الماجستير أو أعلى.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال التحليل الكيميائي والعمليات المخبرية، ويفضل في مجال توليد الطاقة أو الإعدادات الكيميائية الصناعية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة تقنية قوية في الخصائص الكيميائية، عمليات معالجة المياه، واللوائح البيئية ذات الصلة بمحطات الطاقة.
  • مهارات تحليلية عالية مع إتقان تقنيات وأجهزة التحليل الكيميائي المخبرية، بما في ذلك المعايرة، التحليل الطيفي، الكروماتوغرافيا وغيرها.
  • معرفة باللوائح البيئية المتعلقة بجودة المياه وإدارة المواد الكيميائية، بالإضافة إلى أفضل الممارسات الصناعية.

  • Water Quality Management:
  • Oversee the water treatment programs for cooling water, boiler feed water, and wastewater treatment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular water quality tests and analyses to monitor pH levels, conductivity, alkalinity, and other chemical properties, making adjustments to treatment processes as needed
  • Chemical Analysis and Testing:
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative chemical analyses on various samples, including fuels, lubricants, and process fluids, to maintain optimal operating conditions
  • Develop and validate standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory analyses and chemical testing
  • Chemical Inventory and Management:
  • Manage the procurement, storage, and handling of all chemicals used in the plant, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines
  • Maintain adequate stock of all chemical consumables (bulk and fine chemicals, glassware, etc.) and dosing and testing equipment in the plant, to ensure timely availability and uninterrupted laboratory services

  • Work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to provide chemical insights and recommendations for optimizing plant performance and reliability

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field. A master's degree or higher may be preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in chemical analysis and laboratory operations, preferably in a power generation or industrial chemical setting

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of chemical properties, water treatment processes, and environmental regulations pertinent to power plants.

Analytical Skills: Proficient in laboratory techniques and instrumentation for chemical analyses, including titrations, spectroscopy, chromatography, etc.

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with environmental regulations related to water quality and chemical management, as well as industry best practices.
