تعلن شركة الجميح للطاقة والمياه (Aljomaih Energy and Water Company) عن توفر وظيفة مهندس صيانة رئيسي - كهرباء (Maintenance Lead Engineer- Electrical) في منطقة القصيم - الشماسية، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

تخطيط وتنفيذ برامج الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لجميع الأنظمة الكهربائية، بما في ذلك المولدات والمحولات ومفاتيح التوزيع وأجهزة UPS والمحركات والأنظمة المساعدة الأخرى.
جدولة وتنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الكهربائية مع تقليل الاضطرابات في عمليات المحطة إلى أدنى حد.
ضمان توفر الأدوات اللازمة واعتماد الطرف الثالث عند الحاجة.
قيادة فريق من مهندسي وفنيي الصيانة الكهربائية وتوجيههم وإشرافهم، وتعزيز ثقافة العمل الجماعي والسلامة والتطوير المستمر.

ضمان توفر مخزون كافٍ من قطع الغيار والمواد الاستهلاكية، وتقديم طلبات الشراء في الوقت المناسب، وإجراء التقييم الفني للعروض المقدمة من قسم المشتريات والتوصية بالاختيار المناسب.
ضمان امتثال جميع أنشطة الصيانة الكهربائية للمعايير الصناعية واللوائح البيئية وسياسات الشركة، وإجراء عمليات تدقيق دورية للسلامة وتدريب وتقييم المخاطر.
الاحتفاظ بسجلات مفصلة لأنشطة الصيانة وعمليات التفتيش ومخزون قطع الغيار ومؤشرات الأداء، وإعداد تقارير للإدارة حول جداول الصيانة والأعمال المنجزة وأي مشكلات.
تطوير وتنفيذ وتتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) الخاصة بالصيانة.
تحديد وتنفيذ أفضل الممارسات والحلول المبتكرة لتحسين عمليات الصيانة الكهربائية، ومواكبة اتجاهات الصناعة والتقنيات المتقدمة.
دعم المالك خلال مرحلة مراجعة التصميم وأثناء التركيب والتشغيل والاختبار وفترة التجربة (Pre-PCOD role).
مراجعة واعتماد أدلة التشغيل والصيانة وقوائم قطع الغيار الأولية.
تطوير قائمة المعدات الرئيسية (Master Equipment List) وتنفيذ نظام إدارة الصيانة المحوسب (CMMS).
تحديد استراتيجيات الصيانة وقطع الغيار بناءً على دراسة الأهمية (Criticality study) للمعدات.
إعداد إجراءات وتعليمات عمل خاصة بالموقع، وضمان تفويض فريق الصيانة كمتلقي تصاريح (Permit Receivers).
ضمان التعاقدات الفرعية في الوقت المناسب، والتأكد من جاهزية جميع الموظفين والأنظمة والعمليات اللازمة لفترة التشغيل، مع ضمان أن المحطة مناسبة للتسلم ومصممة ومنشأة ومختبرة وفقاً لعقد EPC والاتفاقيات الأخرى.

الشروط والمتطلبات

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال الصيانة الكهربائية في قطاع توليد الطاقة، ويفضل في محطات الدورة المركبة.

المهارات المطلوبة

مهارات قيادية قوية وإدارة فرق مع القدرة على تحفيز وتوجيه فريق متنوع.
معرفة متعمقة بالأنظمة الكهربائية بما في ذلك توزيع الطاقة وأجهزة الحماية.
الإلمام ببرامج إدارة الصيانة (CMMS) وحزمة Microsoft Office.

Maintenance Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all electrical systems, including generators, transformers, switchgear, UPS, motors and other ancillary systems
Schedule and execute electrical maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to plant operations

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of electrical maintenance engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous development

Technical Support:

Ensures adequate inventories of spares and consumables and ensure timely procurement for the efficient operation
To prepare purchase requisitions for spare parts and consumables

To perform technical evaluation of quotations received from purchase department and recommend appropriate choice.

7 . Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all electrical maintenance activities comply with industry standards, environmental regulations, and company policies
Conduct periodic safety audits, training, and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment
Ensure compliance of Corporate and site specific procedures and Work Instructions
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, parts inventory, and performance metrics
Prepare reports outlining maintenance schedules, completed work, and any issues for management review
KPIs development, implementation and tracking,
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance electrical maintenance processes

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance within power generation, preferably in combined cycle power plants
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, and protection devices
Software Skills: Familiarity with maintenance management software (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite

People Management

Supervise the activities and work of the team members to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems.

Maintenance Management

Monitor the Electrical preventive and corrective maintenance and overhauling work activities to ensure continuity and reliability of plant electrical equipment.
Manage the timely response to all emergency breakdowns and provide prompt corrective action to ensure plant availability, thereby minimising downtime and possibility of liquidity damages.
Develop and promote a condition based preventive maintenance culture on day to day basis by conducting troubleshooting and root cause analyses, finding solutions to reduce reactive maintenance.
