شركة إريكسون تبحث عن خبير في عمليات الميدان (Field Services SME) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، لتقديم الخبرة الفنية والحوكمة التشغيلية والتحسين المستمر في عمليات الميدان للاتصالات ضمن بيئة الخدمات المدارة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • العمل كخبير موضوع (SME) في عمليات الميدان الشاملة لشبكة الوصول اللاسلكي (RAN) من إريكسون وصيانتها.
  • تقديم التوجيه الفني والتشغيلي لأنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.
  • دعم الحوادث الكبرى، انقطاعات الشبكة، استعادة الخدمة، والتصعيدات التشغيلية.
  • مراقبة توفر الشبكة، أداء الصيانة، جودة الخدمة، والامتثال لمؤشرات الأداء (KPIs) ومستويات الخدمة (SLAs).
  • قيادة ودعم تحليل السبب الجذري، إدارة المشكلات، وخطط التحسين التصحيحية.
  • تحديد المشكلات التشغيلية المتكررة، مخاطر الخدمة، فجوات العمليات، وفرص التحسين.
  • إدارة جودة وامتثال وأداء شركاء الخدمة الميدانية ومقدمي الخدمات المعتمدين (ASPs).
  • التنسيق مع مركز عمليات الشبكة (NOC)، المكتب الخلفي، الهندسة، التنفيذ، اللوجستيات، فرق العملاء، وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
  • تطوير وتحسين العمليات التشغيلية، الإجراءات، سير العمل، التقارير، وضوابط الأداء.
  • دعم أتمتة عمليات الميدان، الرقمنة، والتحسينات التشغيلية القائمة على البيانات.
  • تقديم التوجيه الفني، مشاركة المعرفة، والإرشاد التشغيلي لمهندسي الميدان والمشرفين وفرق الدعم.
  • دعم الجاهزية التشغيلية، تسليم الشبكة، وإدخال التقنيات والحلول الجديدة في عمليات الميدان.
  • ضمان الامتثال للإجراءات التشغيلية المطبقة، متطلبات العملاء، معايير الجودة، وإرشادات الصحة والسلامة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الاتصالات، الهندسة الكهربائية، الهندسة الإلكترونية، أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
  • خبرة في تحسين العمليات، الأتمتة، التحليلات التشغيلية، أو الرقمنة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية في عمليات الميدان لشبكات المحمول، بما في ذلك (RAN) وشبكات الإرسال والبنية التحتية السلبية.
  • خبرة في التعامل مع الحوادث، إدارة التصعيد، استعادة الخدمة، تحسين متوسط وقت الإصلاح (MTTR)، وإدارة توفر الشبكة.
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية مع أدوات (WFM-IFS) و (ENM) و (EFACT) وأدوات التقارير التشغيلية.

About this opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Field Operations Subject Matter Expert to provide technical expertise, operational governance and continuous improvement across telecom field operations within a Managed Services environment.The role will support stable network operations, high network availability, effective field maintenance and compliance with agreed service levels and operational KPIs. The successful candidate will act as a senior individual contributor and trusted operational advisor, providing guidance to field teams, service partners and relevant operational stakeholders. This role does not carry formal line management responsibility.

What you will do:

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for E2E Ericsson RAN Access field operations and maintenance.
  • Provide technical and operational guidance for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Support major incidents, network outages, service restoration and operational escalations.
  • Monitor network availability, maintenance performance, service quality and SLA/KPI compliance.
  • Lead and support rootcause analysis, problem management and corrective improvement plans.
  • Identify recurring operational issues, service risks, process gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Govern the quality, compliance and operational performance of field service partners and ASPs .
  • Coordinate with NOC, backoffice, engineering, implementation, logistics, customer teams and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and improve operational processes, procedures, workflows, reporting and performance controls.
  • Support field operations automation, digitalization and data driven operational improvements.
  • Provide technical mentoring, knowledge sharing and operational guidance to field engineers, supervisors and support teams.
  • Support operational readiness, network handover and the introduction of new technologies and solutions into field operations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable operational procedures, customer requirements, quality standards and health and safety guidelines.
  • Apply strong knowledge of mobile network field operations, including RAN, transmission and passive infrastructure.
  • Utilize experience in incident handling, escalation management, service restoration, MTTR improvement and network availability management.
  • Work effectively with WFM-IFS, ENM, EFACT and operational reporting tools.

The skills you bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline is preferred
  • .Experience in process improvement, automation, operational analytics or digitalization will be considered an advantage.
