فرصة للانضمام إلى شركة إريكسون في مدينة جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، كخبير في العمليات الميدانية (Field Services SME) لتقديم الخبرة الفنية والحوكمة التشغيلية والتحسين المستمر في عمليات الاتصالات الميدانية ضمن بيئة خدمات مدارة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كخبير متخصص في عمليات وصيانة شبكة الوصول الراديوي (RAN) الشاملة من إريكسون.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني والتشغيلي لأنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.
- دعم الحوادث الكبرى، وانقطاعات الشبكة، واستعادة الخدمة، والتصعيد التشغيلي.
- مراقبة توفر الشبكة، وأداء الصيانة، وجودة الخدمة، والامتثال لمؤشرات الأداء واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLA/KPI).
- قيادة ودعم تحليل الأسباب الجذرية، وإدارة المشكلات، وخطط التحسين التصحيحية.
- تحديد المشكلات التشغيلية المتكررة، ومخاطر الخدمة، والفجوات الإجرائية، وفرص التحسين.
- الإشراف على جودة وامتثال وأداء شركاء الخدمة الميدانية ومزودي الخدمة الخارجيين (ASPs).
- التنسيق مع غرفة العمليات (NOC)، والمكتب الخلفي، والهندسة، والتنفيذ، والخدمات اللوجستية، وفرق العملاء، وغيرهم من أصحاب المصلحة.
- تطوير وتحسين الإجراءات التشغيلية والعمليات وسير العمل والتقارير وضوابط الأداء.

- ضمان الامتثال للإجراءات التشغيلية المعمول بها، ومتطلبات العملاء، ومعايير الجودة، وإرشادات الصحة والسلامة.
- تطبيق معرفة عميقة بعمليات الشبكات المتنقلة الميدانية بما في ذلك شبكات RAN والنقل والبنية التحتية السلبية.
- الاستفادة من الخبرة في التعامل مع الحوادث وإدارة التصعيد واستعادة الخدمة وتحسين متوسط وقت الإصلاح (MTTR) وإدارة توفر الشبكة.
- العمل بفعالية مع أدوات إدارة العمليات مثل WFM-IFS وENM وEFACT وأدوات التقارير التشغيلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الاتصالات أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة الإلكترونيات أو تخصص ذي صلة (يفضل).
- خبرة في تحسين العمليات أو الأتمتة أو التحليلات التشغيلية أو التحول الرقمي (تعتبر ميزة إضافية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة عميقة بعمليات الشبكات المتنقلة الميدانية بما في ذلك RAN والنقل والبنية التحتية السلبية.
- خبرة في التعامل مع الحوادث وإدارة التصعيد واستعادة الخدمة وتحسين MTTR وإدارة توفر الشبكة.
- إتقان استخدام أدوات إدارة العمليات مثل WFM-IFS وENM وEFACT وأدوات التقارير التشغيلية.
- القدرة على تحليل البيانات وتحديد المشكلات التشغيلية وتقديم توصيات للتحسين.
- مهارات تواصل وتنسيق فعالة مع الفرق المختلفة وأصحاب المصلحة.

What you will do:
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for E2E Ericsson RAN Access field operations and maintenance.
- Provide technical and operational guidance for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Support major incidents, network outages, service restoration and operational escalations.
- Monitor network availability, maintenance performance, service quality and SLA/KPI compliance.
- Lead and support rootcause analysis, problem management and corrective improvement plans.
- Identify recurring operational issues, service risks, process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Govern the quality, compliance and operational performance of field service partners and ASPs .
- Coordinate with NOC, backoffice, engineering, implementation, logistics, customer teams and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and improve operational processes, procedures, workflows, reporting and performance controls.
- Support field operations automation, digitalization and data driven operational improvements.
- Provide technical mentoring, knowledge sharing and operational guidance to field engineers, supervisors and support teams.
- Support operational readiness, network handover and the introduction of new technologies and solutions into field operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable operational procedures, customer requirements, quality standards and health and safety guidelines.
- Apply strong knowledge of mobile network field operations, including RAN, transmission and passive infrastructure.
- Utilize experience in incident handling, escalation management, service restoration, MTTR improvement and network availability management.
- Work effectively with WFM-IFS, ENM, EFACT and operational reporting tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline is preferred
- .Experience in process improvement, automation, operational analytics or digitalization will be considered an advantage.
