Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale villa construction projects in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering multiple villa developments and hands-on experience with Tunnel Formwork or Aluminium Formwork systems. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and execution skills to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of villa construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and support project teams to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale villa construction projects.
• Strong expertise in Tunnel Formwork or Aluminium Formwork systems is required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is preferred.

PMP certification is an advantage.
