تعلن شركة Nahdi Medical Co. عن وظيفة فني مختبر (مسعف) في السعودية، حيث سيقوم بتقديم خدمات جمع العينات بشكل احترافي وآمن عبر الزيارات المنزلية، مع التركيز على جودة الخدمة والرعاية المتمحورة حول المريض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات سحب الدم وجمع العينات بكفاءة لجميع الفئات العمرية (حديثي الولادة، الأطفال، البالغين، كبار السن) والحالات الطبية الصعبة.
- تقديم خدمات جمع العينات المنزلية وفقًا للجداول المحددة والمتطلبات التشغيلية.
- ضمان التعريف الصحيح للمريض، والتجهيز، والرعاية بعد الجمع وفقًا للبروتوكولات المعتمدة.
- الحفاظ على سلامة العينات أثناء الجمع، المناولة، التخزين، والنقل إلى المختبر.
- الالتزام بسياسات مكافحة العدوى، السلامة، والتعامل مع المواد البيولوجية الخطرة أثناء جميع الإجراءات.
- تقديم رعاية مهنية ومحترمة ومتمحورة حول المريض أثناء الزيارات المنزلية لضمان تجربة إيجابية.
- الحفاظ على التوثيق الدقيق، وضع العلامات، وسلسلة الحفظ لجميع العينات المجمعة.
- التنسيق الفعّال مع فريق المختبر لضمان تسليم العينات في الوقت المناسب.
- استخدام وسيلة النقل الشخصية لخدمات الجمع المنزلي عند الحاجة، مع تعويض وفقًا لسياسة الشركة.
- ضمان الاستخدام الصحيح، الصيانة، ونظافة معدات وأدوات سحب الدم.
- الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي حوادث أو مضاعفات أو استفسارات من المرضى للمشرف.
- دعم مبادرات تطوير الأعمال من خلال الحفاظ على جودة الخدمة ورضا المرضى.
- الحفاظ على سرية معلومات المرضى في جميع الأوقات.
- أداء أي مهام إضافية يُكلف بها المدير وفقًا لاحتياجات العمل والتشغيل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في العلوم الطبية التطبيقية أو ما يعادلها.
- شهادة في سحب الدم (Phlebotomy) مفضلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 1-2 سنوات في سحب الدم، ويفضل أن تشمل خدمات الجمع المنزلي.
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
- العمل في الهواء الطلق بنسبة 100% من الوقت وفق جدول الزيارات المنزلية.
- أيام العمل: 6 أيام في الأسبوع، يوم إجازة واحد.
- ساعات العمل: 8 ساعات صافية وفق جدول المناوبات المعتمد من رئيس القسم، مع تعويض عن ساعات العمل الإضافية خارج الدوام الرسمي حسب سياسة الشركة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثًا وكتابة بطلاقة.
- مهارات استخدام الحاسب الآلي ونظم المعلومات الصحية (Office & Health Information System).
المزايا
تعويض عن استخدام السيارة الشخصية في خدمات الجمع المنزلي حسب سياسة الشركة، وتعويض عن ساعات العمل الإضافية خارج الدوام الرسمي وفقًا لسياسة الشركة.

The position supports business growth by enhancing patient access and experience through efficient home healthcare services.
Accountabilities
- Performs venipuncture and other specimen collection procedures competently for all age groups including neonates, pediatrics, adults, geriatrics, and patients with challenging clinical conditions.
- Conducts home sample collection services in accordance with assigned schedules and operational requirements.
- Ensures correct guest identification, preparation, and post-collection care following established protocols.
- Maintains sample integrity during collection, handling, storage, and transportation to the laboratory.
- Adheres to infection control, safety, and biohazard handling policies during all procedures.
- Provides professional, respectful, and guest-centered care during home visits, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintains accurate documentation, labeling, and chain of custody for all collected samples.
- Coordinates effectively with laboratory team to ensure timely delivery of specimens.
- Utilizes personal transportation for home collection services when required, with compensation provided as per company policy.
- Ensures proper use, maintenance, and cleanliness of phlebotomy equipment and supplies.
- Reports any incidents, complications, or guest concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Supports business development initiatives by maintaining high service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Maintains confidentiality of guest information at all times.
Work Environment
- Outdoors : 100 % of time as per assigned home collection schedule
- Working Days : 6 Working Days
- Days off : 1 Day Off
- Working Hours : 8 net working hours according to shift schedule approved by head of department.
Job Requirement
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Applied Medical Sciences or equivalent
- Certification in Phlebotomy is preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in phlebotomy, preferably including home collection services
- Office & Health Information System
- English and Arabic (fluent speaking and writing)
- Valid driving License
