شركة Nahdi Medical Co. تطلب طبيب عام للطوارئ (ER General Physician) للعمل في الرياض، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تشخيص وعلاج الحالات المرضية البسيطة (وفقًا للجدول المرفق).
  • فحص المرضى، أخذ التاريخ الطبي، وصف الأدوية، وطلب وإجراء وتفسير الفحوصات التشخيصية.
  • تقديم المشورة للمرضى حول النظام الغذائي والنظافة والرعاية الصحية الوقائية المرتبطة بحالتهم.
  • إحالة الحالات التي تحتاج إلى مزيد من الفحص إلى التخصصات المناسبة عبر الاستشارة عن بُعد.
  • تقييم المرضى وتوثيق النتائج.
  • تصميم وتنفيذ خطة رعاية المريض.
  • تثقيف المرضى حول حالتهم الصحية والفحوصات المطلوبة وخيارات العلاج واستخدام الأدوية.
  • تثقيف المرضى حول تعزيز الصحة والوقاية من الأمراض.
  • مراجعة نتائج فحوصات المرضى وطلبها.
  • وصف الأدوية للمرضى.
  • أداء مهام إضافية حسب التخصص والصلاحيات السريرية.
  • المسؤولية عن التطعيم إن أمكن.
  • إحالة الحالات إلى عيادات التخصصات عند الاقتضاء.
  • قد تُسند مهام أخرى حسب الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الطب من جامعات معترف بها.
  • رخصة صادرة عن الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCHS).
  • خبرة سريرية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثًا وكتابة بطلاقة.
  • مهارات استخدام الحاسب الآلي في تطبيقات Office وأنظمة المعلومات الصحية.

Job Description

Diagnose and treat minor cases of illnesses (As illustrated in below table). Responsible to examine patients; take medical histories; prescribe medications; and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests. Responsible to counsel patients on diet, hygiene, and preventive healthcare whenever it is related to their individual cases & refer any cases need more investigation to specialties; video consultation.

Accountabilities

Clinical Tasks:

  • Assess patients and document findings.
  • Designs and executes the patient’s plan of care.
  • Educates patients on their health condition, investigations required, treatment options and medication use.
  • Educates patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
  • Orders and reviews result of patients’ investigations.
  • Prescribe medications for patients.
  • Performs additional tasks based on specialty and their clinical privileges.
  • Responsible for Vaccination if applicable.
  • Referring the cases to Clinic specialties when applicable.

The employee’s duties are not limited to the above-mentioned accountabilities. The manager can assign other duties based on the business need.

  • Working Hours : 8 net working hours according to shift schedule approved by head of department.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in medicine from recognized universities/ SCHS license

Experience

  • 1 years of clinical experience.

  • Office & Health Information Systems

Languages

  • English and Arabic (fluent speaking and writing
