نبذة عن الوظيفة
تضمن وظيفة إدارة التنفيذ التسليم الناجح للمشاريع من خلال التنسيق الفعال والخبرة الفنية والتميز التشغيلي. بصفتك مدير تنفيذ، ستقود أنشطة التنفيذ، وتتعاون مع الفرق الميدانية والمقاولين من الباطن وأصحاب المصلحة عبر الإدارات لضمان تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن النطاق والميزانية، وبما يتوافق مع معايير الجودة والسلامة والتشغيل في إريكسون. كما ستشرف على إدارة الوصول للمواقع الحيوية وتدير طلبات التغيير (MDTs/TCNs) لضمان تنفيذ آمن ومتوافق وفعّال للمشاريع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وتنسيق الأنشطة الشاملة عبر أنظمة تشغيل متعددة للمشغلين، وضمان التنفيذ في الوقت المناسب والامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات الداخلية.
- التنسيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لحل المشكلات الفنية والتشغيلية والإجرائية، وضمان تقليل انقطاع الخدمة.
- إعداد التقارير التشغيلية، ومتابعة تقدم الطلبات، وتقديم تحديثات دورية للإدارة وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.
- التنسيق والإشراف وتأمين الوصول إلى المواقع الحيوية، وضمان الامتثال لسياسات التحكم في الوصول وبروتوكولات الأمان وإجراءات التصريح.
- إدارة ميزانيات التنفيذ وإدارة أوامر الشراء (POs) للمقاولين من الباطن لضمان التحكم في التكاليف والامتثال المالي.
- إدارة ضمان الجودة ضمن عملية طرح التنفيذ.
- ضمان الالتزام الصارم بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHS).
- الإشراف على دورة حياة طلبات إدارة التغيير (MDTs/TCNs) بالكامل، بما في ذلك التقديم والمراجعة والموافقة والتنفيذ والإغلاق، وضمان الامتثال لعمليات إدارة التغيير.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو مؤهل معادل.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في قطاع الاتصالات.
- خبرة في إدارة أوامر الشراء (POs)، بما في ذلك الإصدار واستلام البضائع (GR) والإلغاء والإغلاق.
- خبرة تقنية في مجالي شبكات الراديو (RAN) وحلول المباني الداخلية (IBS).
- إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة وخبرة في أنظمة إريكسون.
- خبرة في العمل مع مشغلي الاتصالات (ميزة إضافية).
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل، وإدارة الوقت، والتنظيم، والتعامل مع أصحاب المصلحة.

What you will do:
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end activities across multiple operator operational systems, ensuring timely execution and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical, operational, and process-related issues, ensuring minimal service disruption.
- Prepare operational reports, monitor the progress of requests, and provide regular status updates to management and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate, manage, and secure access to critical sites, ensuring compliance with established access control policies, security protocols, and authorization procedures.
- Manage implementation budgets and administer Purchase Orders (POs) for subcontractors to ensure cost control and financial compliance.
- Manage quality assurance within the implementation rollout.
- Ensure EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) requirements are followed strictly.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of change management requests (MDTs/TCNs), including submission, review, approval, implementation, and closure, ensuring compliance with change management processes.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Ericsson knowledge and experience.
- Experience with telecom operators is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Experience managing Purchase Orders (POs), including issuance, goods receipt (GR), cancellation, and closure.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience, including at least 3+ years in the Telecom/Communications sector.
- Technical domain experience in RAN (Radio Access Network) and IBS (In-Building Solutions).
- Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
